Comfy Beds, very practical room layout while having a homey touch. Allergy breakfast menu available!
Breakfast waitress unfriendly - but all other breafast and the reception staff were friendly.
Location, bed, staff
Having to pay for broadband
Air conditioning in the room wouldn't go below 19C despite repeated attempts by reception to reduce it. Windows wouldn't open. The "Free" WFI was for 30 minutes only, then had to pay. Bar tiny and too busy with little choice.
good size rooms good blackout curtains friendly staff good breakfast steak at dinner cooked well
advertised and told someone on reception to help, left waiting on phone ringing and ringing (externals calls and internal),desk empty. not very clean rooms, bathroom tiles and shower head, carpet dirty meal deal-poor quality food for kids (my daughters comment -sainsburys ready meal is better!), house wine terrible-red that is sweet and watery. starters included very small portions.
The food at the restaurant, the welcome by Sam, the room clean and spacious. No noise.
Surprisingly the bed, I did not find it as soft I people suggest. Might just be me. Being called "guys" at the restaurant.
Good food, comfortable room
No food service at lunch time.not even a sandwich. Car park too small. Saturday morning breakfast wAs a shambles trying to get food, had to wait while they brought more food out for self service, quedfor coffe and toast. Sunday quieter
cleanliness and comfort exceptional breakfast
reception not manned when required assistance
The room was clean, tidy, well presented and comfortable. The hotel was modern and the dining room was welcoming and well-presented - breakfast was a treat.
Waiting nearly two hours to finish our evening meal in the restaurant; the service (especially on reception and in the bar) was slow; there was no opening on the window in our bedroom and the fourth bed was uncomfortable for our youngest son - he was very unhappy about the bed.
the reception desk is really nice, and the room is really quiet for customer. one more thing, I cancelled my booking since my personal problem, even though, the hotel reception desk give my monmey back very soon.
Close to warwick castle and plently of parking
We checked in at 6.30pm, but couldn't get dinner until 10pm, which is far too late when travelling with a young family. And had the same problem at breakfast as we had quite a que for seats. They were very short staffed, with what looked like only 2 staff on for dining. Not ideal for a weekend.
We arrived at 10pm booking.com had reserved our rooms wrong to only 2 single rooms and we booked 2 quadruple rooms The price was different but the staff just asked me to email the manager my booking.com mail and gave us the rooms we had booked no extra charge and she even made all the beds up herself ....
Only thing was wifi really and bad internet on 3G But nothing else was wrong with this hotel at all
this was our 1st stay at a premier inn and we were not disappointed, everything from the staff to the room, was excellent it also has an onsite restaurant which was fantastic we purchased a meal deal for £23 which was for 2 course meal, drink and a breakfast which was all you can eat.i would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone
only one thing and that was on our second night there we got back about 10.30 at night and the car park was full only small car park and the overflow car park was quite a way down the road
The staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, even when our daughter was ill.
staff was courteous and friendly
Clean, comfortable room. Restaurant on the ground floor handy, good meals at a reasonable price.
Adjacent car-parking is insufficient for hotel guests - we had to park in the overflow car-park on the 1st night which is a 5 minute walk.
Everything apart from the cooked breakfast.
The cooked breakfast was not warm and the bacon was barely cooked and watery. This needs more hands- on attention from the catering staff.
customer service was good Food was very good evening meal and breakfast. The meal deal incl eve meal drink and breakfast was good value
Staff were very helpful, breakfast excellent.
Our family room was not ready on arrival. Nor was that of our freinds travelling with us. We had to change rooms.
Breakfast. Good quality sausages
Only one towel in the Bathroom. Self service check in
Cleanliness, staff, breakfast....everything !!
Nothing all good.
The building on arrival was lovely purple lights glowing in the dark. Reception very welcoming and pleasant. Room was very spacious for a double bed, 2 single beds luggage and area to move around in. Breakfast was fantastic. Fresh and tasted good and the seating area was tastefully decorated. The best Premier Inn we have stayed in. Would go back.
clean friendly able to eat and drink without leaving building
limited parking close to hotel - overflow a bit of a walk away
Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable beds, easy parking. Great place to stay and very good value.
Staff very helpful and friendly, food was excellent.parking free and easy.
Wifi was advertised as free but you had to pay for it after 30mins. The bed was not as comfortable as expected.
The warm welcome to the hotel was a very positive point an was impressive
The sitting area close to the dinning area was somewhat "Cold" as the front doors are very close and frequently opening.
