“ The hotel was located in a great place for us because we went to Warner Bros Harry Potter Tour, off the motorway after travelling and hour and half and hotel right there, then a quick journey the following day it all was just perfect. The staff were very helpful and polite, The breakfast was yummy, We will definately be staying there again in future plus we would recommend to others. ”

Its quiet, has friendly staff, spacious rooms & nice location. The accomodation price is high & has no bar.

Nice and quiet, lovely receptionist...Etna I think she was called.She gave us lots of useful info and helped us to find Harry Potter Studios. Although the room was big and spacious it was rather too warm during the night. The quilt was too heavy for the time of year.

We took our son to the Harry Potter tour at the warner brothers studio. It was excellent location literally 5 minutes drive. Clean, comfortable room. TGI Fridays provided the hearty breakfast. Great value for money.

The receptionist who greeted us was efficient, friendly and welcoming. Check-in was quick and informative. Room was large enough for 2 adults and 2 young teenagers. It was comfortable and clean. The bathroom, although clean was dated.

Room very clean and comfortable and staff very friendly. Convenient location. The fact that Premier Inn advertise Breafast dining room, bar lounge and restaurant, when in fact it has none of these. We had to walk out of the hotel, over to tgi Fridays and there service is not what you call excellent. The weather was very good. Had it been raining or snowing it would not have been very nice.

Great location for Harry Potter Studios tour. Simple but clean and comfortable accommodation - room not cramped even with two adults and two children. Free parking, Easy reach of family friendly restaurants. Good breakfast.

Went to Harry Potter world,staff were great with the kids .Had map with directions printed ready for us,manager found us a extension lead for my husbands cpap machine,kids LOVED TGIs,really very good all round :))))))))

The staff at the front desk were so lovely and welcoming and would do anything for you. They were really helpful in getting me what we needed for our young family. To be honest I was disappointed with the beds. They were hard and the pillows were too soft for me and I didn't have a good sleep but didn't like to say because the staff were so nice.

The receptionists were really friendly especially the one with red hair she was brilliant , it was great to have breaskffast at TGI Fridays but couldn't get into there dinner, we went there to go to the HARRY POTTERS STUDIOS and it was well worth the money, effort and time. There was nothing we didfnt like

Location near Warner Brothers studio. Clean, with comfortable beds. Ceilings too thin - although in the quiet area of hotel we were still able to hear people walking and talking in the rooms above. Also, only one chair in the room.

Everything. The staff were so helpful and friendly. It was in a fab location for us as we were visiting the harry potter studio tour and was so close to that. The bed was so big and comfy :) it was just what we needed.

Temperature, sound proofing (quiet despite being close to the road), shower, staff, location. Not enough plug sockets for mobile phones and gadgets, (modern life)! Bed was a bit too soft.
