I travel a great deal on business visiting many schools across the country and my choice of stay is always a Premier Inn. It is ideal for what I look for in a business hotel. Clean, comfort, a good nights sleep and the staff have always been extremely helpful.
My only complaint may be that in some Premier Inn's, not all, the television is set too low I have trouble hearing it.
It's clean friendly staff
We booked a quad room .we should have had 2 double beds but we had a double bed plus a single bed for the four of us when we did tell the staff they provided us with another single mattress on the floor. It was a bit awkward for us plus they couldn't give us another room for the four of us .
Convenient, Very Clean, Nice staff Dog and Duck next door. Sheet instead of heavy duvet. Choice of pillows.
Window does not open more that 2 inches. Fan in room only wafted around very hot air, was noisy even on lowest setting so I had to put cotton wool in my ears and the air in the room was so oppressively heavy and humid.I hardly slept at all. It was the worst night I have had in a long time. If you cannot open the windows there should be air conditioning.
Staff friendliness, good location, close to shops and restaurants. Very good value for money.
Ventilation needs to be improved, especially in hot weather.
Very clean, friendly staff, decent pub next door who wrapped up food for us to take to our room as we couldn't leave children sleeping alone.
Bed could have been comfiest, and the room was ridiculously hot even with a fan (the temperature had been above 30 degrees all day). Windows never open enough (true of all Premier Inns) and the room was quite dark even in daylight.
Lovely pillows and fresh towels
Corridor door wasn,t silenced when closing
The usual good standard of comfort you expect from Premier Inns. Rooms are large and quiet, beds comfortable, tea and coffee available and parking free on site. Good full breakfast included made for excellent value.
Low water pressure in our first floor room.
The staff's hospitality is commendable. We arrived early due to the international flight schedule. Although the hotel was fully booked the night before, the front desk staff has checked and worked with the housing keeping manager and arranged a room for us to check-in earlier. It was a tremendous help as we flew in for a training course nearby. Having time to wash up and rest before we went to the class was absolutely helpful. Your staff made a big difference in the overall experience of our stay. Thank you.
Good-sized room, very comfortable bed with extra pillows available. A/C in room. Breakfast was excellent value and good quality.
Help and assistance I received from the receptionist on Tuseday. I suggest Premire use her to train all other staff.
Internet was not free except for first half an hour. I could have that at IBIS for nothing.
Had a quite noisy upstairs neighbour ! But other than that we cudnt complain
Reception staff were very helpful all the time.
Usual premier inn
Staff were very friendly and helpful - receptionists advising on transport and travel, to booking taxis and providing general info, cleaners in morning saying hello etc. very clean and comfortable room.
Not a dislike but food and the restaurant was just standard.
Rooms were clean beds were comfy, we had an issue with the TV and the staff resolved it quickly
No signal on TV
Great location for visiting Irchester and other places
Great premier Inn, close to stay near our Grandchildren when we visit always very friendly and clean every visit
Very friendly staff, good clean hotel.
The food in the linked Beafeaterwas only fair.
We had five rooms. Reception staff were very friendly. Rooms were spotless and well equipped.
Clean, comfortable and quiet. We had a perfect nights sleep. Couldn't ask for more.
Nothing bad at all.
Nice staff, good restaurant, close to Tesco, Marks and Spencer, quiet and good for kids
The water pressure for the shower was abysmal. Felt like I wasn't clean when I showered. Cleaners finished at before 11 one day we were there and because we were going out at 11 they didn't clean our room. Just gave us towels and toilet paper.
Big comfortable room. Quiet. Friendly staff. Lots of real smiles.
TV could be bigger.
We had great problems locating property, as it was midnight. No road number given on instructions, we ended up doing tour of the town's one way system. Eventually found it when a local told us it was part of ? Duck & Pheasant (maybe that's wrong name) which we had seen clearly, but "Premier Inn" was only in small writing next to it
