The location was good for our needs

There was no option to each pay our share of the bill, which was an inconvenience. Breakfast needed to be available an hour/half an hour earlier.

Staff were excellent, so friendly and attentive. The room was spotless and comfortable. The Beefeater next door was also great. Location for our requirements was perfect, not sure what was in the area as we didnt go into Wellingborough. Was approx 20min walk to the station.

Creaky floors which kept me awake at night with other guests walking past our room

Comfy, clean family room. Good beds for all of us. Friendly staff.

Had to wait 15-20 mins o be seated for breakfast and aso had to wait for many of the foods and drinks to be replenished.

Staff were all very welcoming and friendly. Did their best to help with all enquiries.

Breakfast was very slow. Appeared overwhelmed by the numbers of residents which they should have known about. Also sausages were very badly burnt and unsightly. They should not have been served.

I didn't sleep the first night because of the noise closeby in the hotel, like washing machines or drilling-sound close by. Also the heating was not strong enough, so I was very cold.

The room was a nice size,and clean

The paypoint was not working,so was lucky I had some cash with me.Then I was asked for ID,because I paid by cash.No heating in the room when we arrived and in the morning,when we got up.We were on the ground floor,so found it very noisy,in the morning with cleaners and guests leaving.

Breakfast could have been better - a pot of tea rather than haveing to go back for a cup refill.

Layout and tidyness of hotel was nice. I also liked the fact, if you sign in with a false name and email address you could continue to use the 30minute wifi ;)

Hard bed. Woke up with bad back. Wasn't impressed with having to pay extra for breakfast. Should be included in the price.

The staff in the accommodation block were very pleasant and helpful.

The restaurant being in a separate building.Breakfast advertised as being eat as much as you like but you had to order it and the woman who took the order was extremely judgemental (manageress?) which made us feel very uncomfortable. 30 mins of wifi is a bit mean.

The hotel was ideal, and close to the Santa Pod Raceway. The hotel had the cleanliness and quality you would expect from the Premier Inn. The room was spacious and clean with good amenities. We all had a great nights sleep, the Hotel was so quiet at night! Would definately recommend, breakfast was great too!
