Clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed and easy access to dining facilities which were superb.

Shower over bath was a bit weak pressure wise

It's 3rd time to stay in, the worker staff can recognize us, so it feel like come back home!

The twin bed room is still served as one super big & another super small bed, it's more suitable for family stay if they has a small child, but for 2 adult stay, it's not good enough.

Door cards kept failing to work re cut 4 times. Noise from upstairs rooms very bad banging feet on ceiling/floor not the best thing at 1am and again at 5am.

A friendly welcome on arrival and the feeling that my booking was appreciated. Good room, comfy bed and good facilities.

Very clean, lovely breakfast

the room was unbearabley hot and no body out of our party of 5 accross two rooms had a good night sleep. In addition the toilet in our room was blocked. In fairness i didnt mention either of these when we checked out because by then it was too late and we were in a hurry

the staff were very helpful especially Pauline(?) who was on duty when we arrived. She gave excellent instuctions and advice on how to reach a local destination and was very friendly on arrival.

the way the plug stuck in the wash basin - I felt bad leaving it for the cleaner to sort out.

Rooms size bar food

The hotel is lovely and clean. I had a problem with my room and the receptionist very kindly sorted me a room next door which made it easier for me to move my things. All staff, cleaners, bar staff, are all very friendly.

my daughter and her husband & children lives in Welwyn Garden Ciuty we went to be with them for 17 days ,your inn was the nearest to their house ,as we only needed clean room and comfertable bed to sleep in,that was the ideal place to be in,

as this Hotel is more for commercial travellers for over knight purpose, for long stay is not feasible,capboards for duration of a long stay not available ,you have to use your own suitcases for that purpose, (it is over knight travellers Hotel

The long walk to my room

Staff's assistance in allocating ground floor rooms as we are a film crew, travelling with lots of equipment! The quality, price and choice of meals in the restaurant was also very good, also the selection and price of wine.
