Mostly the staff... So keen to help and very outgoing...
Not enough plug sockets
The staff is absolutely welcoming, kind and helpful. Indeed, all af them, including Table Table Restaurant' staff.
Paid wifi. It's a pity to have to pay to navigate on internet nowadays, and I had pb with wifi connection (But Karen was very helpful. Thanks to her!)
Like the bed comfortable
Didn't like that we were told to be quite when we were not noisy they're were other families they too we were coming back late because we were at a family wedding
The small double bed in the room we had. this was explained to us because the room was for dissabled people
The welcome staff were very helpful & made you feel you were welcome great room great breakfast the food was excellent.
Breakfast well worth it and staff in the hotel and the nearby table table were very pleasant and helpful .
Around the hotel are posted numerous posters etc claiming that if the promise of a good sleep. On our second night three of us were kept awake all night with a plumbing problem. Despite our explaining this in the morning and the staff agreeing stating they needed to get a plumber in we were offered no recompense. Does make you wonder what the money back guarantee does cover!
Wifi not free
Excellent friendly staff. Good location. Highly recommended.
Simple clean well run hotel. Just be careful, the hotel is new so many taxi drivers weren't sure where it was!
Light came under the door and illuminated a whole portion of the room. The sachets of coffee were unopenable. I had none on the first morning. On the second I had to obtain a pair of scissors from my first aid kit. Having a cup of coffee shouldn't be a military operation. Iain Sharp N Tyneside
The decor and lighting was more attractive and colourful than some other company's hotels Motels which had mainly brown and beige colouring and no bright relief. It was also good to be able to open the windows and to adjust the heating as needed.
I always find it helpful if some sachets of chocolate drink powder and a few biscuits are included in the room in addition to the normal tea and coffee. It is hard to remember to take these things when we pack to travel and a hot chocolate drink with a biscuit at bedtime is great.
The rooms was too small for family size. one bed or was it just the mattress was situated on floor between a double bed and another single bed with no space in between, which means you have to keep stepping on the lower mattress, very uncomfortable stay. paid for 2 nights, but only stayed 1 night
The restaurant , we went for a family meal, mine and my wife meals were cold,
The room was clean and nicely furnished, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very good with plenty of variety. Our waitress had a smile on her face and was friendly and helpful.
There was no lift in the hotel. We are elderly (my husband is 77 years old). We had to drag, push and pull our baggage up two flights of stairs which was tiring and difficult.
The Friendliness of the staff, the good night sleep, and the size of the bedroom.
The staff were all very helpful and cheerful. I liked having the Bible in the room placed by the Gideons International. I also enjoyed the tea/coffee facilities in the room. It was all very comfortable. many thanks.
I thought it was just a bit pricey for the 2 nights stay but realise that if I had booked up earlier I may have been able to have booked it at a reduced rate.
It was comfortable and service was good.
The price was expensive.
Quality of food at nearby restaurant good, staff friendly and helpful, plenty of parking.
The bed. Mattress seemed rather worn out, could feel all the springs when I slept on my side. Much poorer than those I have experienced in other Premier Inns. Did not sleep at all well. This is more important than any other aspect of my stay.
Staff were great and the rooms are a good size and clean
The none inclusion of breakfast within price. Also £8.50 for it I think is expensive.
Clean airy rooms, Very clean and warm. We did not have hot water in our room when we arrived, notified reception and were immediately offered another room which we took, the Girl was lovely and very concerning/caring and helped us move !!. Breakfast (full English) was fantastic. Thank You. Mike & Stacey Mustoe.
Nothing not to like.
Staff were good, quick and easy check in
Was asked my nationality and not explained to why, can live with that but the room was cold, had to sort the heating out three times throughout night.
