The Pub across the carpark where breakfast and dinner were served was excellent, good atmostphere and attentive staff, would definately use again, but will not stay at the hotel on site. I have stayed at Premier Inns all over the country and have been very pleased, However this is the most run down one I have stayed in. The room was clean but very basic so was the bathroom, stained bath. Also very cold, heating in room was not adequate. Receptionist was friendly, lobby area again very basic.

24 hr reception and good restaurant attached. The design of this building was pleasing to the eyes. Family rooms were spacious enough for us but if they were set out as connected rooms rather than as one single room, it would be better appreciated.

Staff very helpful at ensuring I had the perfect room and happy to move me when I had an issue with a bit of traffic noise and noisy fan from the back of the restaurant.
