Nothing, everything was fine.

Booked as convenient location for attending the Dambusters concert at Biggin Hill. Very surprised at how quiet the location is - so peaceful. Would certainly consider staying again if in the area.

My only comment would be that the corridor area leading to the room (3) was a little bit 'musty' as if it needed an input of fresh air.

All my life the area has been 'Clackets' Lane. Why change it ??

Clean .good value for money

I welcomed a possibility for our 5-member family to sleep in one room!!! My small children have to sleep with me and my wife, otherwise they are affraid.

very cheap deal, and as such very good value. staff very friendly and helpful. But you do get what you pay for so if fussy then do not bother as you will find something to complain about if you look hard enough

Bright cheerful welcome at reception, very comfortable beds and tea making facilities. Very convenient stop over after a night out in London and for getting away in the morning.

There is nothing to dislike at any of the Days Inns we have stayed at. First class

for the price it was fine,we had come back from holiday and just wanted somewhere to break our journey up, we both slept really well so bed must have been ok, room was clean and just basic, but fine

On arriving the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The family room is excellent (room 30). We always like to stay in this room if we can.

very good location.Considering it is on a M25 service area it was very quite.The staff were very good allowing us to check in early so we could be at a wedding.

This hotel was chosen because we were going to a wedding,so we realy only came back late and went to sleep,but i could not find anything wrong with it.
