Very comfortable main bed and good bathroom.

Pull out beds for children were incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Main problem was the the room was so hot. Granted it was hot weather but the room was stifling with 4 people in it. When we opened the window the noise from the road kept us awake. Really need air con in the rooms.

I liked the comfort of the bed. The hotel was in a good location. And the staff are really friendly. Lastly, I think it is a good idea that with every adult, two kids eat free as usually it is one child per adult.

Not having unlimited free WiFi, a fridge in the hotel room and the size of the room, I think it was too small for my husband, children and I.

Nice size room for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. Close to Weston supermare and other towns.

No air con in the hotel. The room was far to hot even with 2 fans going 24/7. Having spent 4 nights the temp never dropped below 28.5 in the room. The hotel needs to Invest in some air con.

    The staff where execidingly good

This hotel was extremely hot in the room sweat was dripping off of us this made for our stay very unpleasant we have been to a lot of premier Inn hotel and the rest of them have been fine but this one would make us think twice about staying at a bother branch unless they are fully aircondisioned

Great location to visit the area although you need transport. If you want a cheap breakfast head across the road on the A370 to Morse Motorbikes where they have a fantastic burger van with tasty breakfast options.

Rooms rather hot as this hotel does not have air conditioning - the staff were brill in supplying fans and iced water

Tucked away off the main drag. Peaceful location. Very attentive staff.

Some public areas such as the walkway between Inn and Beefeater needs a jet wash.

We're an hour early for check in and the cleaning ladies were willing to fast up their job and let us in within 20 minutes. Beefeater was next door and food is fine. Female staffs were more helpful than the guy one.....

Paid £3 for 24hrs internet but limited to 2 devices could be connected, never told us when purchased. During stay room was so hot and me and my daughter couldn't make any phone call(Vodafone network) for no connections. We asked for a taxi to train station when checkout and the staff ( male) did order one for us. After waiting for 15 minutes, I requested him to ring again as car hadn't turn up but was told by him to wait longer. We went outside and went in for help again as our train would leave in 5 minutes, only to find HIM had disappeared to avoid us. This time my phone work and I rang the taxi firm myself and car came within 2 minutes. Luckily train was delayed and we could catch up with our journey. We had paid £100 for a night stay which is not worth and I was really disappointed by the service from the MALE staff.

Ladies on reception were so friendly and so helpful, nothing too much trouble and great location

we stayed on the Saturday night of South West Live and 2 rooms along they were having a party, swearing , shouting , loud noises banging of doors ..our teenage children were on the ground floor and the room underneath the party and they literally didnt have any sleep from 2.30 onwards !! although I am aware this is not premier inn fault.. maybe security should be walking around to prevent this happening! Also breakfast not great the next morning!

Reception staff were very helpful in giving us advice on how we should get into town and the various options. We also blocked our sink with sand cleaning our shoes and the lady was excellent in helping us to fix this.
