Every think was spot on , I would go to premier in any time .value for money.
The comfortable bed, the large room and the large tv.
The height of the bed. I took a little step with me, as know the height of the beds in Premier Inns
good location easy to locate, clean and well run.
Bed was very good, room was a very good size and very clean. staff were very helpful.good experience all round
We have stayed at this Premier Inn on more than one occasion and have always found it to be excellent in every category. I have a severely disabled mother and the staff cater for all her needs including extra heating! Many thanks.
You know what to expect with a premier inn. Comfy bed, big tv & powerful shower. The check in was excellent, the gent was superb
Very thin walls! Dirty towel (old stain) but I didn't complain as was in a rush.
staff were very helpful indeed and very pleasant and thoughtful to the guests.
the room was cold on arrival, and took a while to warm up by which time I had to go out...
Only one hand towel. I think for hygine reasons you should put a hand towel for each guest.
No hairdryer in room. Would not accept cash payment
Room and bed
heating did not work staff could not fix it so could not get warm, we was not offered a portable heater or a room change. Shower was cold staff managed to get that set so we could just have a warm shower.
was about 15-20 min walk from hotel to sea front which was perfect didn't want to be stuck in the middle of it all. The room was huge and extremely clean. Staff were lovely. The beefeater was very nice and the staff there were lovely also
That you had to walk all the way around the hotel to get to the end rooms... think there should be another entrance on the other side of the building
convenient clean business hotel friendly staff good restaurant
Family room was spacious and clean. Bed linen and towels immaculate and of very good quality. Nice bathroom with a big bath. Room colour scheme and lighting giving a relaxing feel.
Friendly & efficient staff
Able to get a meal nearby
Difficulty with finding parking space
Considering the brand name, should provide some toiletries such as a toothpastes and toothbrushes in the hotel room.
plenty of free parking next to leisure centre lots of buses to seafront helpful reception staff
friendliness and helpfulness of all staff also food very good value for money
rooms were very hot but 2 fans were provided so that was no problem
This is my second time here and still enjoyed it. staff friendly as before.
Everything about this Premier Inn is superb once again. I have a disabled mother who sings praises to the staff for being so patient and making her stay so comfortable, right down to the superb bowl of porridge the following morning. Thank you!
Don't be silly!!!!
being woken up at 4.30am by someone banging on someones door
The family room we ended up with room number 21, the friendly staff, the continental breakfast, the location, the discounted price.
The price and the service of the full breakfast, the disabled rooms; dank & dismal in the extension( which we refused) , prices of some drinks at the bar, limited choice of menu if you don't like grilled food, lack of meal & drink offers for Premier Inn guests.
Bed very comfy, slept really well.
We had a superb meal at the Beefeater Restaurant. Compliments to the Chef
Having to pay for WIFI in todays world is a mistake and nuisance.
Duvet designed for mid winter in the arctic is simply inappropriate for England. I did not get a good nights sleep being too hot under this covering. Only 1 towel between 2 seems a bit too economical. Directions to the hotel are not very obvious.
