Premier Inn Weston-Super-Mare (Lympsham)  

My daughter and her partner stayed here and she had a lovely time .. Couldn't pinpoint one thing because it was all great .. Definatley come back if I came to the area again

Really impressed with the staff, who were all so happy to help and also lovely to the children. Family room is great - spacious and well equipped.

Bed was a bit hard.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay with you and the staff were very friendly and helpful. One thing we did notice and appreciate was the warmth of the place, normally we find the rooms quite cool. The breakfast was very organised and delicious and it was lovely and hot which we like. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Only having 1 pillow each - I did ask reception for more which they kindly gave us. A single pillow would have been okay, but the type of pillows provided go flat as soon as your head touches them, thus the reason we requested a 2nd pillow each.

Local transport was very poor and because of this we had to get taxis into burnham which cost over £30.00 return trip, as we were meeting friends and didn't want to drink and drive.

We were attending a wedding at the Batch Country Hotel at Lympsham, so the location was ideal. The room was very clean and beds comfortable with good shower facilities. The breakfast was excellent. All the staff we came across were very professional, polite and courteous. There was only one issue when booking in. I believe I have booked through another website rather than direct with he Premier Inn. At first the receptionist thought she had not record of us booking in. She found me under Deb Carshalton, no other details from the booking agent to the Premier Inn. The Receptionist was most apologetic - it was not her fault but the booking agent. Would recommend and stay there again when we stay with meet up with our friends living in Locking nr Weston.

Only the booking issue as stated above. Not near transport as such so you would need to drive or be driven or get a cab. Not a problem for me and my husband though.

I was disturbed in my room by footfall from the room above during the night. It meant that I felt very tired the next mroning which was a shame, for the staff and the room was perfectly acceptable. At first I though that there was a corridor above the room and that it was staff moving around. I was however assured that it was a bedroom. Perhaps they were drunk, I don't know.

Our stay was comfortable and the staff were welcoming and helpful. They knew about customer service and were polite and friendly without being familiar.

The room was spacious and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding.

The price was a bit expensive.

The hotel was not aware that our booking included breakfast and questioned this arrangement by booking.com - a confusion for which they later apologised.

Litt langt unna Weston-Super-Mare. Bussen fungerte ikke, så taxi var eneste alternativ.

Having booked therough booking.com I received a price for the hotel of £83 and made the reservation. After arriving at Premier Inn, I was told that the total for my stay was over £100. After a bit of wrangling and production of my confirmation, Premier Inn agreed that the room should be discounted. Booking.com should really sort out thsi glitch as people dont expect to be charged more when they arrive.

The staff were very friendly and helpful suggesting the best way to get to a destination. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent with plenty of choice.

Nice clean room and very little noise at night or first thing from other guests

Difficult to find. We went to the wrong one first and the aa routeb planner was inaccurate Room faced front to busy road so some traffic noise. Black out curtaining would be good

We liked everything! Great location to break up our journey from Cornwall. The family room worked well for us & it was useful to have a full bath. The Table Top restaurant adjoining the hotel was also very good. We have stayed elsewhere in Weston-Super-Mare before but that place cost more & was frankly dismal. We will keep going back to this Premier Inn in future.
