With an indoor pool and sauna, this hotel has a locally acclaimed restaurant and overlooks a golf course and sand dunes, just 300 metres from the sandy beach and promenade.
Score from 277 reviews Fabulous
Everthing. The hotel was ideally based, the staff were friendly, the food was lovely, and the room was lovely and warm, welcoming.
Located on the seafront and within easy walking distance of the town centre
As the building is a seafront location the windows need to be cleaned regularly. They made the hotel look dirty and it wasn't.
Two single beds put together
The bed let our stay down as everything else was unfoltable.
Comfort of room-quietness-tea making facilities-bath-clean big towels
The fact that it was late on Christmas Eve when we arrived, and we had to ring a bell to summon staff-who where not exactly welcoming, and who pointed out that there was no parking in the vicinity, and that it would cost £10 for overnight parking nearby-when mentioning we had a Disabled member of our party with a parking badge-they suddenly found somewhere nearby for us to park.
Lots of do and see.
No parking. Noisey room. No 'proper' loo roll!!
You couldn't open the windows at all, not even a little bit
Position very decent breakfast
Room stat could not be set lower than 19 c would have preferred cooler at night
staff was Excellent, food was good . value for the money we paid will come back premier inn weston super-mare
beds was poor ,the walls seem to have no sound proofing, you can here what,s all about you. not suitable for a (7)year old boy.the rain seems to keep us awake most of the night you,er sincerely alun glyndwr.
Cleanliness. Great bed. Comfortable and quiet room. It's like a tin of Ronseal. 'It does exactly what it says on the tin'.
Tea/coffee portion control! Uht milk! Lack of fridge.
Location, extremely clean , everything thought of. Staff so friendly and breakfast really nice and plentiful .
Cost of parking was very high as they don't have a dedicated car park. This may deter me from returning.
We had a family Christening and just needed a bed for the night. We found the staff very friendly and informative. Brewers Fayre meal and staff were great. Slept well, we particularly liked being able to regulate the temperature in the room. Breakfast very well cooked. Will stay again.
Room had a view of the sea and the room and bath both very clean. The staff smilies all very friendly your location was ideal which made for an enjoyable short break. We will defiantly use the sea front premier inn again and now we know it's only a short fifteen min walk from the train station would go by rail.
the convenience of of being in the centre of weston.
No secure parking
comfortable bed Excellent breakfast Great customer service
not being told about having to bring I'd as I was paying by cash.......not enough sheets\bedding...
Room was clean and tidy
Although the hotel is close to the town and seafront there is no facility to park your car to drop off or long stay. You are asked to park in the nearby multi storey car park £6.00 per night you have to move it by 10.30 am the following day or pay £10.00 per day for 24 hours expensive if you are there for a few days you are not informed of this expense when booking! It is a disgrace. Also be mindful you cannot pay for your stay in cash! Without photographic I.d! A bit annoying late at night on Christmas Eve with your disabled mother with you! To produce your passport! I thought I was in England my home country? I could have gone into the bar and brought everyone a drink paid in cash without my passport! Be prepared.
Excellent staff&food bedrooms very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.
Nothing to say
Location. Given a different room with partial sea view.
Travelled from Bath to Weston super mare. Lovely sea view from our room. Clean , comfortable. Will go again.
Location was great ,by the sea & near the shops. Staff all helpful & friendly.Clean , good sized room. Good choice of things for breakfast.
Avoid the scrambled egg , poached or fried much better.
We liked everything
Food portions are too small
Location.staff .cleanliness and food all excellent.will be back next year.''''
sea front view
having to pay £5 a night parking fees . I didn't like coming back to room at lunch time to find it hadn't been cleaned, also the bed was not changed for whole visit & we also had to ask for fresh towels
sea view nice clean room comfortable bed
only 2 tea bags. non for the morning
Fantastic location. Staff in the Premier Inn and Brewers Fayre were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. They were very good with my disabled dad. A beautiful view from our room. Clean and spacious. Noise what noise. Definitely recommend a visit. Thank you
