Premier Inn Weston Super-Mare (Seafront)  

The location was brilliant and we got allocated from the Hotel Management a Seaview room and it was amazing,well worth the money. We both really enjoyed our 2 nights there,we wish we'd of stayed there a little bit longer,but we really enjoyed our stay.

From the time we booked in on arrival until we left at the end of our short stay, everything was perfect. A special mention for Tracy on reception, her courtesy and helpfulness on our arrival was outstanding, we could not have been more pleased with how all staff applied Customer Service, well done.

The staff could not have been more helpful, they were exceptional. I can honestly say that they have been the friendliest and most helpful hotel staff I have ever encountered, and I've stayed in a lot of hotels!

The room was large as was the bed, also very comfortable. Bathroom also large.

The location couldn't have been better. The Brewers Fayre was fantastic, (the buffet breakfast was excellent and the Brewers' Fayre staff were really friendly and helpful).

Lack of communication - we asked for a sea view on Booking.com and we got no reply. We found out that this was not possible only by asking at the desk after we had been allocated a room. No car park - we had to use the ncp car park which was a little distant and expensive. Premier Inn staff were unhelpful with this.

Nice big room

The view which was a building site, our room was a quadruple but when we got there there was only a double bed, had to wait for extra beds to be put in. Long queues to check in.

Staff were very friendly. The hotel was over the road from the beach and very close to attractions. The food in the restaurant was good and as we took our 7 year old grandson with us it was convenient to eat there.

Having a restaurant down stairs was very convenient! Loved the sea view!

Great value for money, great views of the sea front . Excellent service from the brewers fayre restaurant - fab breakfast.

Very welcoming and helpful Receptionist (Tracey). Able to park outside for short while to unload. Room at front with sea view. Bathroom, especially shower (easy to control temperature/flow) and toiletry dispensers on walls. Breakfast - plenty of food and drinks to choose from. Comfortable bed and hotel not noisy at night.

A little warm at night - could not reduce temperature setting below 19 centrigrade, but perhaps due to lack of knowledge of using aircon control unit.

Very friendly reception. Requested change of room, this was accommodated immediately. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Beach view, close to shops and restaurants. Value for money!

Didn't get the £29 deal!

Excellent reception staff. Fab room with sea view, we all loved it! Room was ready with all beds set up for four of us. Beds comfortable. Everything clean and working. Absolutely fantastic location!! We have booked to come back in July!

Room could have done with being a bit bigger for four of us.
