Location was great ,by the sea & near the shops. Staff all helpful & friendly.Clean , good sized room. Good choice of things for breakfast.
Avoid the scrambled egg , poached or fried much better.
We liked everything
Food portions are too small
Location.staff .cleanliness and food all excellent.will be back next year.''''
sea front view
having to pay £5 a night parking fees . I didn't like coming back to room at lunch time to find it hadn't been cleaned, also the bed was not changed for whole visit & we also had to ask for fresh towels
sea view nice clean room comfortable bed
only 2 tea bags. non for the morning
Fantastic location. Staff in the Premier Inn and Brewers Fayre were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. They were very good with my disabled dad. A beautiful view from our room. Clean and spacious. Noise what noise. Definitely recommend a visit. Thank you
Location, cleanliness of the room and the breakfast which was very good.
The price of the breakfast was too expensive.
I loved how spacious and comfortable our room was. Very friendly staff and overall such a lovely few days break.
nice room with a sea view.
when we came back once our door was wedged open by the cleaners. they was doing the floor but the kids game boys was on display and anybody could walk in. breakfast very expensive so we went to a local cafe half the price
I have stayed here on a number of occassions. I like the location of the hotel, food was average but bit pricey considering portion size. The bed was really comfortable. We came on the train after reading reviews on car parking prices.
There wasn't much to dislike. I would say food price was bit expensive considering portion size. I didn't like fact you have to pay wifi.
The hotel was situated close to the venue we were attending, it was very clean and quiet with friendly staff.
We would suggest that, as the shower is over quite a deep bath, a safety hold would be welcome addition also a bath mat to prevent slipping.
no free parking facilities
Large comfortable bed, clean modern room, seaview
Couldn't access free Wi Fi until late at night despite reception trying it didn't work.. Also, don't understand why anybody charges for wifi nowadays.
Parking cost a fortune in nearby carpark
The location is fantastic, right in the centre of everything, breakfast was excellent lots of choice to suit everyone, was clean and comfy.
I booked a quad room and got a single, for myself and my 2 teenage kids, so that was a problem, they put a single bed in the room but we had 2 towels to share and 2 glasses and mugs etc so I had to ask when it should of been sorted, when you book a quad room you should get a quad room
As usual, the Premiere Inn comes up trumps with an excellent nights sleep! The bed was as comfortable as any I've slept in! The room was perfect for two with everything you could want for a weekend stay, (or longer) The bathroom was excellent! This particular hotel is in the best position to enjoy all that Weston has to offer. Close to all of Westons attractions like the Pier, the town center, Amusements, night life, pubs etc. Highly recommended.
The ground floor restaurant (Brewers fayre) was slightly disappointing. We only used it for breakfast so my opinion is for early morning only! I dislike help yourself breakfasts. By the time we had loaded plates with bacon eggs etc, it all became rather tepiud while we waited for toast! There was a bit of congestion in this area, and you only realise that when you get there! One machine for toasting bread? Come on Breweres Fayre! For the number of people waiting while we were there, I would think at least three machines would be more appropriate? Then there was a queue for the tea making facilities! On our second morning, we walked a hundred yards to the local Wetherspoons where we were served a delicious breakfast for half the price.
The seaview , triple room had a bath, quiet at night
Being told just because i booked a triple room doesnt mean i wouldve got one as used Booking.com!!! But wow lucky me i got what i actually pre-booked months in advance what a cheek.
Very friendly staff on arrival and helpful
We was probably very unfortunate next door to us they were very noisy and kept us awake until the early hours.
Bed was so comfy best sleep ive had in ages. Perfect location.
Location Cleanliness Price
Bed mattress a little firm
Free parking for complete stay on number plate recognition like other Premiere Inns
Staff dealing with my sister when she booked for 2 more nights with my parents. We have often stayed, 3 adults in a family room because it was all that was available. This is the first time that it has been questioned! Won't do it again. Very sad as staff had been really helpful until then.
Beautiful clean room. No silly toiletries bottles. Peaceful location, well stocked room, with mega comfortable bed.
The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The hotel situation was great, we had great views over the beach. The car park was close by and plenty to see and do all within a short distance.
