see above plus restaurant and staff were excellent for both dinner and breakfast
can't believe in this day and age that you don't offer full and free wifi
Very clean, staff excellent,
Wifi, trouble with code staff gave me for connection, no one could sort until 7am, when wifi lady in, i needed connection 6am, but no drama
The staff, the restaurant and the location.
Staff were excellent and helpful
It would have been good to have been warned that the TRIATHLON was taking place and so access & parking were a nightmare We may have chosen the other PI further out of town
Room clean and tidy. Room cleaned and towels changed daily. Room to move about. Shower fantastic. Staff brilliant.
Still no air con (in the process of putting it in). Fan not great. Room really hot. We we're put at the end of a corridor so we had a view of a brick wall
Hotel room/staff excellent.
Adjacent Brewers Fayre in need of an update to décor and furniture.
The room the staff, were all fine really good.
Even with the fan in the room going all night it was very hot and we found it difficult to sleep. the receptionist told us that there was air conditioning being fitted and also a note in the room, which is good but didn't help us for that night.
food & room
over 40 minutes to check in, building site on one side, coach park on the other, coach engines running and staff laughing talking etc loudly from 630 am for up to 30 minutes, confusion about pay and display car park and where to park and picture on web site of hotel nothing like reality.
Have oftened stayed in this prem inn before. Never been treated like this before. Never booked by Booking agent before. Should that have made a difference? Stay at least twice a year here. Always one week in Sept. Regular visiters to Poole and Plymouth Prem Inns too.
Bed was not made for three days so i made it. Room never hoovered. Magnegtic key worked on front door but not bedroom door. Air con left on. Fan left on. Window opened and curtains closed when we got back to the room on occassiongs. What was that all about? Had to leave a note asking them not to do it. Noisy upstairs one night. Complained but only siad would leave that room a note. Nothing said about the good night gurantee or anything. For what we pay i am not happy with this one on this occassion. Will look for alternative accommodation nex time. Only because they didnt deal with my complaint properly. Never ever complained about a place i have stayed in before.
Room and bed very comfortable, spotlessly clean and welcoming and helpful staff
Check-in was quick and easy. The choice of pillows was a nice touch.
The room was booked for 2 adults and 1 child, upon arrival there was only 1 double bed prepared. I approached staff who confirmed an error had been made and a sofa bed would be made, when we returned late that evening it had still not been done which resulted in having to contact reception again. Parking was also a small difficulty due to all the allocated parking was in use, I went to reception to ask for advice despite waiting 10 minutes and ringing the bell there was still no no to assist me. It was around 11pm so can understand a little delay but I had to return 30 minutes later to ask for advice. Also I don't think 30 minutes free wi-fi is sufficient enough for people who need to stay in touch with work whist residing at premier inn
Lack of air cond room very hot for some reason was given one nights refund for this .Workmans ladders blocking corridor and dangerous for children . Unacceptable
It's a lovely hotel and just across the road from the beach the breakfast is amazing the best we have had at any hotel we have been to ,and certainly the best premier inn from the many we have stayed in .
Air con was not up and running and the window would only open an inch or two so we had to make do with a fan and it was far too hot in the room to get a good nights sleep.
The location easy access to the sea front
the parking in the evening due to contractor vehicles taking residents parking bays The water in the room had been treated with a strong disinfectant making a hot drink impossible
The rooms are roomy and the third bed is a bed rather than a sofa bed. Staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast was good value
Workmen were putting air con in and with the windows open we were woken by people opening and closing van doors.
Premier Inn was ideally located for us for a nights stay before our caravan holiday it meant we could enjoy a full day in Weymouth before hand. The walk along the beach is lovely. The attached brewers fayre was ideal for us to eat with the children with convenience.
The room wasn't as clean as it could have been.
we liked everything service was really good
having to come home
Great breakfast! Lovely, friendly helpful staff Exceptionally clean Comfortable Overly very happy
Only thing missing from the rooms was a fridge. Map shows its very close to the sea, but its a long walk to the pavilion and sandy part of the beach Walking outside to get breakfast in pouring rain kinda sucked.
Staff was helpful, Room was very clean. Tea bags and coffee was very easily available. Many thanjs
stairs needed vacuum cleaning
Very friendly and helpful staff
The harvester next door could do with more cleaning at busy times outside was very messy with napkins and glasses every where
The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable.
The room was very hot despite the fan provided and so whilst the bed was very comforable I did not sleep well as it was very hot. I am looking forward to benefitting from the installation of the air conditioning when staying next time as I am sure that will improve the quality of my sleep.
Bed was v comfortable, rooms fine, great that I could help myself to tea and milk etc. Staff at front desk and maids were great and all were polite and helpful
That we were not told there were work.men inside and out before our stay, men arrived at 7.30 and although they tried to be quiet unlocking cabin etc woke us.... Also no room service after first night! And we were on first floor with 2 under 3 was hard work taking them and bags upstairs and having to leave buggy downstairs.
I like the size of the room and the comfort of the beds.
The rooms were very hot with no air conditioning.
