The friendly staff.
Noisey neighbors above, walking about during the night, I think!!!
Always enjoy premier inn staff always helpful, had an excellent disabled room for my hubby.
Problem with wasted water in my room it run out bit slow in bathroom and all room need a bath map
I enjoyed is one and staff then hotel and pub as well On Friday and weekend it is best boolk a table and room as well
Soundproofing poor - could hear noise from bedroom above. Wifi was rubbish & don't see why I should have to pay £5 to get acceptable WiFi speeds. Food in Beefeater was appalling - had to be sent back as not cooked, then told it would take a further 12 minutes to provide new food which meant would be eating after the rest of the party had finished.
Large triple room
not a thing
minutes from coach stop
The breakfast was rather disappointing. The venue was scruffy, presentation of food was rather naff.
Breakfast was great but lunch at the beefeater wasn't great!
friendly staff and clean, comfortable room.
Staff sorting our room when we arrived. Great friendly staff always on call to help.
Close to where we were going, excellent breakfast.Cheerful staff.
We knew what we were getting.
Walking from hotel to breakfast/restaurant/bar. Accepting that they are two separate buildings, why cannot an entrance to the pub be nearer than the front door?
Overall clean but There were some dried out spots in my bed sheet. The duvet cover on sofa bed smelled something like rusty metal(??).
Simple and clean facilities
Aircon unable to cool the room so had to open the window, which was right next to a dual carriageway! Too hot and too noisy
Comfortable room, good breakfast
The staff at the Premier were very helpful and friendly and when we arrived the man of the desk gave us all the information needed and was very pleasant. The room was very comfortable especially the bed and pillows we enjoyed a good nights sleep. The room was very clean and in good condition. Breakfast served in the Beafeater was excellent and again staff were pleasant and helpful. It was great to have wi-fi with a strong connection and free of charge. We will stay at this hotel again.
The room was cold with very little heat
We were at the front of the hotel so some traffic noise.
Very clean and comfortable. Spacious room. Reception staff very helpful.
Unfortunately the only local place to eat and drink was the on site beefeater, which had a power cut at 8:00pm and they would not let us buy a drink to take back to our room. Had to get a cab into Whitstable to eat. We were booked for breakfast the following morning. Really upset, still closed.
The beds are really comfortable
Noisy fan in the bathroom that couldn't be turned off.
Friendly welcome and helpful staff. Comfortable and spacious room.
Very helpful reception staff - could not do enough
ground floor could not open windows
the room was quite cold even though we turned thermostat up,as it would turn itself down automatically after about 30 mins ,leaving us shivering in 17degrees.
The room kept getting cold and the heater didn't exactly warm up the room
I liked how comfortable the bed was
Phone reception inthe room was poor.
Clean Friendly staff Comfortable bed
It was all very comfortable
