facilities around inn, Good value during peak time due to open golf at Hoylake.

Initially due to its position , it could be seen easily, but found it difficult during busy period to find actual estate entrance.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. (Question 3 needs a comment box with it as we would only recommend this on the assumption that others were aware there are no eating facilities at the Premier Inn itself, and it relies on having to go to another facility.)

Firstly, the postcode for the Premier Inn is incorrect. DO NOT TRY GETTING THERE WITH THE POST CODE OFF THE WEB, you end up at a tightly packed council estate, going round and round. Secondly, when we finally got to Widnes Premier Inn, we had to trek outside for a meal. In our room, there was a notice saying that you could get an evening meal for two for £22, but the staff at the Brewers Fayre kept saying we needed a voucher. My husband went back to the room to get the notice but they wouldn't accept this. They said we needed to download a voucher off the web. How could we do that? We had no access to the internet or a printer and the notice in the room did not say we needed one. The reception said that all we had to do was to show our room card, but the staff at Brewers Faye stated that wasn't applicable! In the end we left without eating an evening meal, so, after travelling for 5hrs to arrive at the Premier Inn, we ended up having to drive into the town to eat.

The room was clean and tidy very comfortable ideal for myself and three children ,and the breakfast was well worth the value

Hated the way I was treated on arrival myself 7 months pregnant and three young girls 15,14,and 5 . After traveling 300 miles to attend my sisters wedding was refused entry to the hotel as did not have photo identification with . Yet I booked online and wasn't told I needed this . I had debit cards and yet was still refused . Had to change the booking and have my brother come with photo identification and have the room transferred into his room . Very tired and emotional I wasn't even offered a office to wait in or a seat . I was asked to wait outside in my car .. Discussing x

Easy to find, plenty of parking, restaurants and limited entertainment within walking distance.

Homogeneity about everything in these out of town entertainment areas. Lenny Henry

The staff were so helpful and polite. The room was clean and bang up to date. The bedding & towels were crisp brilliant white.

honestly can't think of anything! well except we did have a couple of elephants stomping around at certain times in the night - but no fault of Premier Inn!

Location and no nonsense booking in etc.

Price was heavy considering it only cost £29 between Christmas & New Year for the same room style plus short notice booking.
