The room was a good size and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
I can't fault the hotel at all but in this day and age I refuse to pay for wifi, so cannot comment on the speed of the wifi service.
Staff friendliness and helpfulness. The hotel felt secure. We were on a limited timeframe so having the "Tayfords" next door was an added bonus. Spotless - it felt like someone cared about the place.
No complaints at all.
The location was very good the hotel was lovely and the staff were very helpful.
My sister & I stayed for a nearby event. Room & staff excellentl,as was the breakfast
Receptionist helpful and friendly Bed extremely comfortable Spotlessly clean Quiet Good value
Staff were very helpful and understanding though...!
Postcode got me nowhere near the place. Took me an hour and a half to eventually find it... having three other Premier Inn's in the same area didn't help...!
extremely conveniently placed for northbound drive on M6. Staff are helpful, informative, warm and friendly with a "can do" attitude. Location of restaurant attached means easy access to buffet style food at very reasonable prices. Booking and checking in/out extremely quick and easy.
to re-enter M6 north you have to traverse wigan for 15 minutes or so and a sat nav is essential.
Comfort of sleep.
Paid WiFi, no tooth paste, small bathtub
Rooms clean and comfortable
Too expensive plus wifi not free
the room was clean and bed comfortable, though not a big bed. we ate breakfast which was ok, and the restaurant staff were very helpful.
ask for a bath mat. did you know that the baths get slippy and there are no warning notices to tell you. asked for a disabled room, expecting something more suitable than a bath. I slipped in the bath, hurt my leg and it was treated as my fault for not asking for a bath mat which I did not know they had. its in the little booklet at the back apparently, and I not reading it when arriving at 11pm, very tired and wanting to just sleep, did not know. staff not really wanting to know and had to make the girl put down a complaint about the slippy bath. they have special baths which don't slip!!! so be warned, ask for a bath mat because its too much for them to put up a warning notice in the bathroom and a notice to say you can obtain a bath mat from them. A call from the regional manager confirms my thoughts of what they think about customers safety when she said its too much to put up warning signs, its all in the book with Lenny Henry on the cover and my fault for not reading it. I think they should pay him less and spend the money on safety warnings for guests.
location is excellent for visiting our family. we stay in the north of scotland
