good location, nice staff, good breakfast, nice modern facilities and a good nights sleep
i was here 2 nights and I never seen a maid ,therefor no clean towels, room not made up and we had a 3 year old child with us so cleanliness was important to us
Lovely clean room, friendly staff and great breakfast.
Breakfast - no one to greet despite a sign saying wait to be seated. We paid for a continental breakfast. However, despite asking staff and then chasing up again we were eventually told they had run out of crumpets croisants and pastries - which is key for this breakfast selection. Very poor indeed !
Spacious, clean and comfortable. So nice to be able to control the room temperature and air conditioning. Plenty of choice for breakfast and cheerful, pleasant staff.
The only improvement would be the addition of a dressing table mirror to sit and apply make up etc, although there was the bathroom mirror if the room was vacant.
The staff , the location, the breakfast and the cleanliness
not a thing
The room and Bed. The staff were helpful .
The location from the train station . Not safe to get there on foot across a main carriage way . Could do with a under path .
the helpfulness and the friendlyness
The hotel has only been open for about 3months so everything like new. Very clean, food very good and the staff very friendly and helpful. Short walk to main shopping areas. Will definitely be back.
Not a very big car park but immediately out front is a large car park that is free overnight to 8am!
The whole Premier Inn Experience
The bottle beers a we bit expensive. Location was good but poor signage to direct to hotel was very poor (one way system).
We were made to feel welcome the moment we walked through the door as if we had stayed there every week The food was great and good value for money
Was great to be right in the centre (well 5 min walk)..no hassle, good staff, excellent breakfast midday checkout was great!
To be honest immediate surroundings industrial & air conditioning a little loud!
Right in the centre of Wigan close to shops and other emenaties. Very clean and modern. Staff extremely friendly and helpful
Everything! Can't wait to stay again
A great concept for somewhere to spend the night and go out for enjoyment.
The check-in didn't work. We had been called to see if we wanted a double or quadruple. We said a double. On arrival we were given a quadruple. On complaining, we were given a triple plus cot. As we're in our 60s, this wasn't such a good idea!! On the third attempt we got a double.
Location, cleanliness and breakfast
Self service check in/out, what ever happened to customer service? Rooms very warm windows do not open.
Everything was absolutely brilliant. As I work in a hotel myself I know the bits and bobs - the staff was very friendly, the hotel itself was calm and relaxing, the room was very nicely done and well maintained. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The wi-fi connection could have been better but that is just a tiny bit against the bunch of good stuff that this hotel offers.
Most comfortable bed I've ever slept in
Mobile network coverage very poor
Parking on site, ease of booking in. Wonderfully helpful staff. Immaculate place. Very comfortable.
Staff were all friendly. Meal deal for dinner and breakfast was good value. Rooms were comfortable and quiet.
Restaurant ran out of food items: On the first night there was no corn, on the second night there were no potatoes or brownies, on the 3rd morning there was no brown bread or croissants. Our baby dropped some food on the floor and we found it the following morning so obviously not swept. Not much parking. Didn't park in the car park for the whole weekend.
Rooms very good as expected with premier inn
Restaurant and food very poor
Wifi only 30 mins
Locality, staff were excellent couldn't do enough for us ,great bed and very nice tea
There was no bath and the WiFi was hit and miss :(
The staff were excellent, and the hotels location ideal.
No telephones in the rooms, and no access to the internet. Two meals I had, both times the steak, and the Gammon steak were overcooked, very poor.
