Staff were very friendly & helpful, room was clean & comfortable, food was good.
As at all Premier Inns WiFi is slow & costs £3 for 24 hours. Also 24hours does not seem to apply from when you check in but from midnight to midnight, so I feel this is somewhat misleading. The continental breakfast is expensive.
We stayed in room 8 The room was in a very poor state Mold on the ceiling of the bathroom Plug socket next to the kettle was loose and dangerous
Bed -price .receptionist was brilliant-friday eve /sat morning
Breakfast ok -poor value -could have walked off street to H.horse and got cheaper .went macdonalds on the sunday -not costa type standards .budget yes -but cheap in some respects room tired/cold -grouting poor in loo. Shower not great. Water horrically hot in sink - thermostat gone?
Food in the pub alongside the hotel was excellent and reasonably price.
Great stay will stay there again.
The continental breakfast is very expensive, I paid more than £6 for one coffee and croissant, you need to revisit it. The I stayed was very cold
All of the staff, from manager to cleaners, were excellent, really friendly and more than willing to help with taxis, tips for shopping, etc. In fact, the staff made our visit a real pleasure. Room and bathroom were spotless. Breakfast next door in the Royal Oak was great!
The staff were helpful and cheerful. They were always able to get a taxi when needed. The Wi-Fi was good value (£10 for 5 days). The hotel also had a Quiet policy and a No Smoking policy that seemed to work. The adjoining Royal Arms provided a good atmosphere and a comfortable place to enjoy a meal and a pint.
Not having a telephone in the room was a bit weird.
Room was spacious and comfortable Very Clean Plenty of Towels Choice of Pillows Big TV
Not enough plugs for phone charger etc May have been more of an issue if there was 2 of us
My family & I were quite stressed when we got to the hotel as we had no heating or hot water at home & I booked this 30 minutes before I arrived. I was met by Lynn who was just lovely & she had sorted my room for me & then spoke to my insurance company at length so that I would have to part with any money. Lynn put us all at ease & sorted everything & took away the stress & over the next few days I met Lynn in the bar area and my youngest son was happy to chat away. This is a great hotel in a great location with just brilliant staff. I will definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you. Phil
Very tired looking decor, mould in the bathroom, small TV, bed was not very comfortable could feel individual springs in the mattress.
Very large room, lots of space
Long wait at checkin Nowhere to put anything in the bathroom even though it was very large Shower
Great location for Liverpool, Chester and Cheshire Oaks designer outlet. Comfortable room, food was great.
Paid for wifi but couldn't get it in our room did get our money back though.
nice breakfast.friendly staff.
Friendliness of reception staff
Plumbing was terrible. Shower taps caused problems. Toilet did not flush adequately
Helpful and cordial staff Comfortable bed Ability to cancel upto the arrival date
There was one towel for two guests. Soap in the bathroom and the fixed soap dispenser look chippy
Staff were very helpful and having the Hungry Horse right below was really helpful as we arrived late and the kids woke up early and wanted to play - the play facilities were a real help. Anna went out of her way to be helpful.
My husband didn't sleep too well due to noise in the car park and one of the windows didn't shut properly so we couldn't really do much about the noise. The rest of us slept through this.
No alarm clock smelly room and faulty window
breakfast was good.
was too noisy at night. had to go and find someone so we could check in as we were waiting around10 minutes (bell didnt work).
We were made very welcome having travelled 5 hours by car
Service. Friendly and helpful staff.
Decor tired. No sign in restaurant that orders are taken at counter.
it is located in beautifull senary
very noisy person banging on a room door in early hours while we were trying to sleep
The beds were comfortable.
Everything else- tired rooms, no phone in room, very tired bathroom, no ironing facility...
Made to feel very welcome on arrival, plenty of hot water. Excellent breakfast next door, where again the staff very helpful.
Staff were friendly & helpful
Didn't get a wink of sleep due to road noise, aircraft noise and also a clock outside which went off every hour, aaaaaaahhhhhhhhh!!! Sent an e-mail of complaint over a week ago and still haven't heard a thing very poor response from Premier.
From the start we were made welcome. Room was clean and comfortable. We normally use Travelodge but are now converted to Premier Inn.
