Room upstairs with no lift and we had a baby in a pram! Walls very thin, could here every word of conversations from neighbouring rooms in middle of room. Room next to extraction fan for restaurant so room stank all day and night. Bed old and creeky. Generally dissappointing for a premier inn.
Near where I needed to be.
Continental breakfast a bit limited.
Customer service is very important to me,and at the Bromborouh travel lodge,in my opinion, it was at its best. Don and Frances Cross
Room was very cold took 2 hours to heat up on a noisy heater. Reception area is tiny so more than one person booking in is difficult. Tool 10 minutes to sort paperwork at check in due to old system.
It was clean and good value for money. Would stay again.
Couldn't see a lift so had to carry suitcases up the stairs. Maybe I just wasn't looking hard enough though?!
It was close to the freinds we were visiting. Very close for a trip on the Mersey Ferry. :D
staff very friendly room great food great
wifi reception bit dodgy in room
Scolding hot shower, poor bathroom facilities
As always comfy bed at Premier - good breakfast
Cold tap faulty, louad drip all night! poor evening meal at the adjoining hungry horse
Communication reception staff! Really polite and friendly! Rooms were a good size. Good check out time as well.
Food was good in adjoining restaurant
could do with better TV's in the room, other Premier inns I have stayed at have 40" tv this had 19" tv
Fantastic breakfast - huge choice of continental & cooked served by a very helpful & patient waitress
Windows weren't double glazed, so noise from passing people late at night was very noticeable & disturbed our sleep. Also bathroom sink was badly cracked where something had been dropped in it.
Convenient location, attached pub with good food and excellent breakfast. Just what we needed for our stay
The Wifi had stopped working in the morning, so I had to call the helpdesk. In the end it took them an hour to resolve and I had only 10 minutes of time online before I had to go to my customer.
The pub bolted on next door and the really friendly staff
The room was situated facing the main road which was noisy. After reporting a continuous alarm outside, the staff said they would move us to a more quiet room. Due to the time of night 11 pm and we had small children sleeping we didn't want to disturb them. Although it would have been wise to put us in a quiet room to begin with.
Eating facilities. Very peaceful. Helpful professional staff.
Cheerful staff on this Bank Holiday, very helpful. Rooms good sized, adjustable heating and clean.
Charging for WiFi is positively antiquated when its free in every supermarket !
Large family room Big parking area Restaurant nextdoor Friendly staff
Paid wifi Bathroom facility needs updating Stains on ceiling and on walls behind toilet
staff very pleasant and helpful. bed vey comfy
a little wait for breakfast.
The rooms and accommodation were absolutely fine and the close proximity to the restaurant was a bonus. Car parking was ample and spaces easy to find.
No free Wi-Fi which is standard in other hotels now so the Premier chain are missing something. The service at breakfast was appalling. The food was great but I had to go looking for the "Waitress" who decided to spend her time in the kitchen talking to the chef. Eventually when the food arrived it was good fayre.
Staff were very friendly & helpful, room was clean & comfortable, food was good.
As at all Premier Inns WiFi is slow & costs £3 for 24 hours. Also 24hours does not seem to apply from when you check in but from midnight to midnight, so I feel this is somewhat misleading. The continental breakfast is expensive.
We stayed in room 8 The room was in a very poor state Mold on the ceiling of the bathroom Plug socket next to the kettle was loose and dangerous
Bed -price .receptionist was brilliant-friday eve /sat morning
Breakfast ok -poor value -could have walked off street to H.horse and got cheaper .went macdonalds on the sunday -not costa type standards .budget yes -but cheap in some respects room tired/cold -grouting poor in loo. Shower not great. Water horrically hot in sink - thermostat gone?
Food in the pub alongside the hotel was excellent and reasonably price.
Great stay will stay there again.
