Bedroom was lovely and spacious enjoyed the stay, no problems.
Only 30 mins of free wifi
I like the lady receptionist she was very pleaseant blonde lady nice an happy
I didnt like the fact how noisy it was right by a main road.
We had a problem with some other guests having an argument, in the early hours of the morning. We complained to the member of staff on duty and he didnt hesitate to speak to those people. He even made the effort to come upstairs a few times to check that they had stopped making a lot of noise. We mentioned it to the girls on reception the next morning and they gave us a full refund on both of our rooms, due to their good nights sleep guaranteed policy. They were so lovely about the whole situation and really helpful.
The staff were excellent - really welcoming and extemely helpful. the location was good anf th erooms clean, with everything you need
My room was right next to the main staircase so I heard everyone come in/go out and got very little sleep. I'd recommend swapping rooms if you get placed in here (105)!
Room was modern and clean and the tv was easy to use. Staff were helpful. The surroundings were very quiet which was nice
The bed was terrible. It was squeeky. Money back guarantee?! I don't think so! Just a 'sorry'. Doesn't mean I get my £70 back. There was no hair dryer and when sitting on the toilet, knees touched the door. Not great!
lovely friendly calm atmosphere in dinning areas, very welcoming.
Not enough tea, milk coffee on tray. One of each per person isn't enough. In other hotels you get a good choice and more! Can I suggest another toaster at breakfast, we had to queue .
Politeness of reception staff, ease of checking in, comfort, value for money.
Confusion about breakfast system, told is fine to pay over in restaurant, then treated suspiciously by restaurant staff. Sign saying wait to be seated is not at the door, so we just sat down, then were questioned why we'd done so, a slight sour note in an otherwise great experience.
Noise from adjacent room at 04.15am
Room excellent Bed very comfy quiet Friendly helpful staff
Helpful staff. Cleanliness. New room layout, wider doors more floor space within rooms. soft purple light above headboard enhanced room ambiance. everything about the bathroom. Surrounding grounds
Premier Inn's association with Brewers Fayre, very poor evening meals, no bar, warm flat beer. Very poor breakfast service, too much help yourself not enough waiter service, slow to replenish juices milk tea bags etc. Did very much let down what was otherwise a pleasant stay.
The bed was very comfy and the room was very quiet so slept really well.
I found the breakfast a little expensive although there was plenty + it was really tasty, according to friends the garden centre next door does excellent breakfasts + cheaper.
Style of the rooms
Should have free wifi in the rooms, not just 30 mins free
This Premier Inn is everything they are advertised to be. Comfortable clean and in a good location. Especially like the large TV on the bedroom wall as this creates more space for working.
The bacon and mushroom pasta was the most tasteless I have ever had.
The staff were fantastic and so pleasant throughout the hotel and pub, everything we asked for was no bother and there was always a friendly smile to greet us. Our ages were 63-8 years and all our needs were met, extremely happy.
There was nothing we didn't like, the air con wasn't working but staff provided us with an extra fan so problem solved, we did have noisy people above us who must have had small children because from 9pm - 10pm they sounded like they were running from one side of the room to the other but we have kids so again not a problem. Couldn't fault the service at all.
Good location, friendly and attentive staff and great breakfast.
The staff were great from the day we arrived until the day left (stayed 2 nights). Breakfast was really good, lots to choose from n hot.
The Staff The Location The Breakfast Restaurant on Site.
>When Booked Promised "New Beds"(Also As Advertised)- but only the new block of the complex had the New Beds, and then It was only the Main Bed, not the Trundle /Sofa Bed that was New. the Bed was the Worst nights Sleep I have ever had. > When In Late one night Reception desk was not manned to re cut my key, as it was not working.. I had to wake up Family member via Mobile Phone to let me in. >on Second visit we'd already pre-booked we stayed in Newer Building we where promised Ground Floor interconnecting Rooms- We ended up upstairs and the room was not connecting for our children. > Rooms had Not Much Ventilation, Windows opened two inches and although there was a fan supplied, It was just Far too Hot.The steam from the shower in the Bathroom, also had no where to go.... The staff where working under too Hot conditions..... > WiFi Internet was not strong at all and kept on dropping out or unavailable. Was better in the Restaurant Area.
Quiet. Friendly staff. Near motorway but in village location. Restaurant next door. Plenty of parking. Felt safe and relaxed. Clean cosy room with pleny of facilities.
Nothing. Was as good as any hotel I've stayed in.
The bed was very hard.
The hotel had everything we needed and only a ten min walk to Little Sutton train station. The room had a fan to use.
The rooms were very warm but a fan was provided. Nothing the staff could do about mother nature
Very clean . Excellent reception staff.
They charged a lot more because it was the Golf Open Week but still only gave 1 tea bag per person etc on the tea/coffee room tray. Also only 1 bath towel for two people.
Friendly reception staff Blackout curtains Large tv in room
Reported faulty aircon Friday but no one available until Monday No lift, meant carrying a buggy upto first floor for family room Hairs in bath on arrival Only 1 hand towel for 3 people Double mattress poor quality Lack of drawer/hanger space
We could hear one side of us snoring all nigh, and the other side very amorous through the nigh, hence not a good nights sleep
The staff were very helpful. For the price you can't beat it. We had our dinner and breakfast the food was good. Really enjoyed. Thank you.
