friendly helpfull staff, quiet location.

broadband not powerfull enough to operate company site [ although helpfull girl on reception did tell us as we wee booking out that next time it happens - they can make a call to boost signal.

It was in a pleasant location although a little away from our destination (Neston). However your excellent receptionist got us a taxi very quickly. The rooms were comfortable and service was quick and efficient. Just what I have come to expect from Premier Inns.

Lack of wifi! Even when I put in a voucher code I had difficulty accessing the Internet. Most places provide Internet access in rooms for free which is important to both business and family guests to communicate with people. I was not happy about the service.

Easily reached, clean rooms, friendly staff, dining facilities available.

No phones available in room & as my USA cell phone will not work overseas had to ask staff for local calls or use phone booth on the street.

No surprises. It was clean, well equipped, and efficient friendly and very helpful staff at reception. Close to bus routes and train links to Chester and Liverpool. Ideal stop over place.

Central heating was a bit complicated to correct the room temperature - which was set rather low on arrival.

Very well priced and great quality food, both dinner and breakfast. Excellant staff who were very sincere and helpful to a fault. Brilliant.

The room was a little worn looking and I was placed in a disabled room, with low sink bad for shaving etc.

I thought that it catered for all our needs. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, and I would certainly stay there again.

Everything you need is there, the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The location was exactly right for us and the hotel room was fine. Perhaps beginning to look a little tired but very clean. The breakfast next morning was excellent. On the evening we asked the staff if they could cater for an impromtu family party of 20 and within minutes they had sorted out a private area for us all and everyone was well fed with good food. Well done to the staff.

We felt the price for the room could have been better. We are still looking for a Premier Inn for £29!

Receptionist was very pleasant. Room was fine.

Room not sound proof at all. Kept awake all night by those above.
