Score from 100 reviews Fabulous
Didn't sleep as was woken up consistently through the night by members of a wedding group.
1. Single bed was a full size bed and not a put up bed 2. Proper bath sheet towels
1. Kettle did not auto switch off 2. A six foot person could not stand under the shower
Pleasant good sized room with wonderfully comfortable bed. Very friendly staff. Good value breakfast in the Beefeater next door.
Only a minor one - long complicated trek to our room.
Wonderful staff and excellent breakfast choices! Will recommend it to everyone!
Was contacted prior to our visit by Ellie to ask how we wanted our family room laid out. We changed our plans as my daughter couldn't make and then at the lsst munite, she could so after another email to Ellie, we were accomodated to our requirements. On arrival, we were greeted by Ellie her self and she is a credit to your organisation, polite, joining in with friendly banter and happy to go that extra mile to ensure our stay was as it should be - please pass on our thanks to Ellie! A great stay and we look forward to our next Premier Inn experience, many thanks
Nothing was too much trouble for the really pleasant staff. They helped carry our luggage to the room and happily booked a table for dinner for us. They chatted easily with the four year old in our party. The towels were large and very soft. We had easy access to Chester Zoo which was the purpose of our visit. Food at the beefeater pub next door was good pub grub with something for everyone at a reasonable price
With both beds and a cot in the room space was very much at a premium. Would have liked a socket near the bed for charging phones overnight. The grumpy person below us who banged just after 8am because our 4 year old was moving around, not running or jumping.
The quality of the bed that gave us a good night's sleep, the lighting that allowed us to read without straining our eyes.
We were only given one set of towels between two people. Our fault that we didn't ask. Hot water a little cool for the morning's wash.
Staff were brilliant, and the welcome was a genuine one
bed, noise from upper room at 5am, poor facilities in room, ie no telephone, no hairdryer, no iron or ironing board. poor heating system, room was cold on arrival. poor quality towels. You are not a cheap hotel charging £73 and £80 for a room.
Both the staff and facilities at the Premier Inn Wirral were excellent Staff extremely efficient and professional and contributed to a very pleasant stay would recommend this hotel to anyone,
One small extremely minor issue there was black mold on the sealant around the top of the bath which does tend to give the wrong impression and which can be easily rectified
Brilliant room, very comfortable.
Staff were so friendly and helpful. We had our baby son with us and we were made to feel very welcome. Staff helped us with cot and bed set up and made sure we had what we needed. Location was great and the room was clean. Breakfast at the nearby Glegg Arms was fine, and staff there were also very friendly and helpful.
Shower made a high pitched whining noise when switched on but water pressure and temperature was fine. Water pipes also made a clanking noise when the room directly above us used their bathroom.
Lovely restaurant attached to this hotel. Reception staff were very helpful and pleasant.
No air-conditioner. Bathroom was very small compared to other Premier Inns that we have stayed in.
It absolutely lived up to Lenny Henry's advert . Our group included 2 young children and everyone was catered for brilliantly. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable and the adjoining Beefeater Restaurant served an excellent breakfast .
Close to other restaurants other than its own Beefeater
Small hotel and very small bathroom. No A/C
Staff were lovely on arrival.
Bed bugs , my girlfriend woke in the morning to be covered in bites. This morning they have got a whole lot worse. I was advised that I would receive a call back after investigating the claim still no call back .
comfortable bed and quiet room
As always friendly, clean and comfortable.
A bit noisier than usual for Premier Inn
Very comfortable. Very good breakfast.
Very friendly and dedicated staff in the beefeater but could have been a bit cleaner and staffs finger nails should be clean when handling food.
No air con Small room & bathroom
It was handy for us. The breakfasts were nice. Friendly staff.
NO AIR CON
The comfort of the beds was second to none. We have stayed in other Premier Inns but this was great. We were new to the area and the staff were so helpful with information to get us around.
The breakfast was good but not happy with quality. Our food was slightly on the burnt side with the mushrooms being very dark. We requested warm milk but that never came.
