The comfortable beds and quiet nights sleep
Functional, clean, comfortable and quiet.
The lack of onsite free parking. Reception desk on 2nd floor. Characterless.
Staff were all friendly and helpful
Requires WiFi like other hotels there was none available even to pay for.
The derelict land next to the hotel? No de-caffe coffee in the room? Could do with a couple more tea bags.
Breakfast flexibility very good. Coffee very good and very caring staff
It was very clean and fresh looking, rooms were lovely and comfy.
The fact it's a premier inn that you may have driven quite far to get to only to find no parking what so ever! Have to use an NCP near by which cost a ridiculous amount of money.
Employees were excellent, helpful and hospitable.
Not far to walk from station
Noise from road outside that seemed to go on all night Food was not great - plastic chicken! Free wifi waste of time - doesn't work
Guy who sat us for breakfast was amazing very friendly, funny and natural!
Could'nt fault the room for cleanliness however did'nt feel comfortable as we were put up in a disabled room which although was spacious the sink was to low in the bathroom! Our double bed was also two twins put together with seperate duvets etc
It was close to the Army barrecks at Pirbright ! My son was joining the Army and we drove down from Leeds to stop over night ! I liked the whole place ! and i will be stopping here again to see my son on his pass out parade in 14 weeks, also i will be stopping here again in seven weeks when it is parents day at Pirbright Barracks.
Good location & fairly new (opened a year or so ago).
It cost £109 incl breakfast & its really only an average standard. I don't consider that good value for money.
The TV and complimentary coffee/tee was very convenient. The staff was nice and when the internet stopped working (for standard checkup) they immediately offered to reimburse. Location was good and beds were comfy. it was also super clean so that's a plus! I would stay again.
There was no phone in the room which means you have to walk down to the reception each time you have a question. Also, I expect that a hotel at this standard to have free access to wifi for its guests (but I guess UK is like the rest of Europe in this regard - no internet, despite the fact you have free internet all over the third world!!!). The heating didn't work well either. Also, no parking - really????
Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast served with-in hotel, well presented with good choice of both continental and hot food. Easy access by road and rail.
no free parking
We had to pay for the parking place! This is not in the hotel
Very comfortable room, excellent service, good food.
Not being able to open the windows. Heating/air conditioning is noisy.
Excellent room and location, with easy access to town centre and railway
There is no parking what so ever.
Convenient for our family, just a short walk from the town.Staff very friendly.
No on site parking, but didn't matter this time.
The room had everything we needed; a kettle with tea and coffee, a proper hairdryer, a flat-screen TV. The staff were great and the location was perfect, central and only 2mins walk from the train station.
Asking people to pay for more than 30 consecutive mins of wifi is a shame. This should be included.
Confortable and very friendly staff.
No car park facilities
The staff were very helpful
Overall excellent stay, breakfasts were amazing
No parking available, only local NCP which was not very safe, and when we went it was chrismas rush so couldn't actually get space
Rooms are designed to a high speck Breakfast options were extremely good
We would love to go with our 3 children but they don't cater for a family with children ages 12,3 &5
The bed was rock hard, not one of us slept a wink for noises and the most uncomfortable beds ever, no free parking and having to pay for wifi, also I booked a quadruple room but only 1 guest on the list when we arrived, so we had extra breakfasts to pay for made it a very expensive 14 hours total spent in the hotel.
