The bed was uncomfortable, woke up most mornings with a bad back, the pillows were far too soft, for my liking. The parking was awful, I received a phone call before my stay, saying if I have a blue badge then I would be able to park round the back of hotel, as I was out every day, when returning to hotel the only 2 parking bays were already taken, sometimes by staff !! As I have bad legs was unable to park elsewhere, so had to take a chance by still parking at the back, hoping not to get clamped !! Also think it a good idea if there was a small fridge in rooms, as i'm diabetic my injection has to be kept in the fridge, fortunately for me, I have friends who live in Woking, was able to leave it with them, but had to go to theirs every day regardless.
The location was good. The disabled bathroom was excellent.
