Premier Inn Woking West (A324)  

Room was comfortable and nicely appointed. The proximity to the Pub for food and drinks was very good.

Trying to find the hotel. Better signage needed. We got lost everytime!

The location was perfect for us & our plans for the time we stayed in Woking. The reception staff were very friendly & courteous & the staff in the restaurant in the morning for brekkie in The Bridge Barn were also nice & friendly.

The staff were very accommodatiing during our stay.

Enjoy staying here when necessary as it's close to family & i enjoy the spacious comfortable rooms!

The water-pressure in the shower/bath of room 23 needs some serious attention as it quite literally just dribbles out although the taps on the basin had good pressure!

Heating of the room didn't work well. Even as I set max temp. 23°C, the set point went down to 18°C after some time and it was very cold in the room during night. I had to sleep with a cap.

Staff were amazing and very friendly. Rooms are good and comfortable. Check in and check out was fast and easy. Parking available all the time and 24 hour reception.

The shampoo/soap in the bathroom but other than that this hotel is great !

What you'd expect from a Premier Inn

room was very clean and the food at restaurant was excellant

the beds were horrible and very hard. myself and my daughter were awake from 4 am. noise from lorries delivering goods at 6 in morning not helpful either. we booked a quadruple room and it was so small you couldnt walk between beds, sorry would not stay again

When booking online i was not offered a standard room, only a disable room - yet standard rooms were available

Cean rooms, helpful reception staff, hairdryer and coffee-making facilities in room.

There were not enough milks for my coffee and when I went out to get more, there were none left. No one offered to help us carry our bags to our room, even though I was on my own with small children.

The very kind attitude of the staff.

I was actually woken at 4.30 by someone snoring in the next room so maybe the soundproofing could be improved!

The staff were excellent.

We arrived late and the bar does not stay open late for residents. I think the bar has a public house licence rather than a hotel licence.

It was very convenient for our weekend activities.

Comfortable spacius room

The room was perfect,the breakfast was even better.The staff were great(as they always are),short walk into town for the shops,great pub and food next door.I'd give 8.5 out of ten for this hotel....it would have been 9.5 but we were overcharged and luckily for us the manager spotted this and refunded us £36.many thanks go to the Manager.

Sadly,the only thing,but quite importantly,was the temperature in the rooms.outside it was only 20'C....but inside it was 25'C+...It was absolutely murder in the rooms until about 2am!!!!.Many many thanks go to the fans that were supplied,without these we would probably have died.Please do the right thing and install air-con.

Stayed in a family room. It was large enough for 2 adults and 2 children aged 10 and 12. The kids eat for free offer with breakfast is very good value and staff in restaurant are very friendly. It was also great to have somewhere so close to the hotel to go for dinner, especially when the kids were tired.

There was no air con in the room, a fan was supplied but it was still very warm. Sheets should-be put on the beds during the summer months. I did manage to get two from the laundry room which helped the kids sleep a bit better.

Price was very high, also I was told when I checked in that breakfast was not included, on my confirmation it said it was but I did not have the confirmation on me at that time so we didn't have breakfast in the morning. Confirmation states breakfast included so unhappy to miss out on that..

Wonderfully simple check in and out. Brilliant staff, food and everything there for a comfortable, relaxed stay. Would deffinately recommend it and would stay again.

when we arrived the reception staff were very friendly and helpful the room was clean and well equipped with every thing we needed in it the breakfast which was included in the price was excellent and the staff were curteous
