Clean comfortable rooms with a great nights sleep. Reasonable room price. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly restaurant & bar staff, polite, friendly attentive an proffessional at all times. The morning check in receptionist very friendly man. I would have recommended the hotel to several friends and work colleagues since my stay and would certainly use this hotel again. Location was difficult to find, so I called and spoke to a receptionist who didn't seem very friendly and came across as very irritated by my call when i asked for direction. On arriving at the hotel, the same receptionist/check in person did not smile once during our checkin, she was not rude however a smile goes along way after a long awkard journey.

Despite having booked the room paid for it and received confirmation of the booking and having advised the staff via booking form and a telephone call that the quest would be arriving after new year celebrations 2ish. The room wa given to someone else. And we had to wait another few hours to be allocated another room. It also transpired that the other person who was given the room stated they were the person who the room had been booked for. This could only have been done if the hotel staff had gone through their bookings identifying names of customers that had not yet arrived. Which is really unprofessional. My quest also ended up having to pay for the room - I rang the next day to ask for a refund and compensation and was no manager was in to deal with my query and they would contact me the next day. It is now the 4th jan and I have not heard anything still. So really poor service.

Disabled rooms are right by the lift so very noisy. Lots of little niggles including the postal address not registering on sat navs so taxi took me to wrong hotel!

Spacious and spotless room. Comfortable bed. Excellent staff. Very good location for those travelling by train, as the hotel is right behind the station, accessible via the subway. Would definitely stay again.

We liked it being close to the Wolves Football Ground which was our reason for visiting Wolverhampton. The breakfast was particularly good with vast choices and cooked breakfast to order. Early bird evening meal was extremely good value for money.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is right next to the train station and is convenient for the town/football ground. The road layout has changed so if using sat navs, it'll try to put you down a road that no longer exists! We had a family of 4 in the room next to us. The children were well behaved and there was no problem with noise in that sense, but the additional beds were put against the wall the other side of our headboard, so every time they got on or off the bed, the wall banged us in the head! The staff explained that they are using a different type of additional bed which will only fit against that wall (unlike the ones that used to pull out from the sofa), so I can foresee this being a problem in the future too.

The room was clean, comfortable and there was plenty of parking space. My friend and I stayed there because it was in a convenient position near another friend of ours.

Premier Inn is ideal when using the railway for transport, as its location is basically at the station. You cannot hear the trains and so you are not disturbed by them. The accomocation was good, and the staff very helpful. It was rather strange having to go outside to the pub next door for meals and to use thier toilet fascilities as there are none in the reception area. I would suggest that a covered walkway would be beneficial espescially in bad weather conditions.

Staff were incredibly helpful on each of 3 occasions we asked for their help. The same could be said for the staff at the nearby and I think associated Bluebrick pub and restuarant. Have used the Novotel Wolverhampton in the past but will switch to Premier Inn on the basis of Value for Money and Staff helpfullness. Nothing

The size of the room and the bed size. the sheets were not correct size for the bed. The bathroom even though budget had a soap dispenser which was empty and not cleaned so soap dripping into bath, dangerous as you could slip while gettin in. As a diasbled room, despite myself not being disabled, i failed to see how a wheelbound person could have got into the bath as there is no hoist or anything. Suggestion maybe could have had a walk in shower
