Staff helpful friendly, good size, comfortable and very clean bedrooms. Easy and free parking available, with cctv, for a peace of mind.

Post code for Premier Inn Wolverhampton City Centre, takes you to a dead end road on the satnav. (Road blocked off) use postcode for Royal Mail sorting office. This would have been helpful to know in the first instance.

No fridge no iron had to ask for extra tea sugar milk and towels

Disabled rooms are right by the lift so very noisy. Lots of little niggles including the postal address not registering on sat navs so taxi took me to wrong hotel!

Get place to stay and a restaurant nearby. Station a quick 5 minute walk and so handy for shops. No frills but functional

We liked it being close to the Wolves Football Ground which was our reason for visiting Wolverhampton. The breakfast was particularly good with vast choices and cooked breakfast to order. Early bird evening meal was extremely good value for money.

We had a lovely stay. All staff very extremely helpful and friendly. The staff in the Table table restaurant opposite were also great, nothing was too much trouble - 1st class service. Thankyou

Staff were incredibly helpful on each of 3 occasions we asked for their help. The same could be said for the staff at the nearby and I think associated Bluebrick pub and restuarant. Have used the Novotel Wolverhampton in the past but will switch to Premier Inn on the basis of Value for Money and Staff helpfullness.

The size of the room and the bed size.

the sheets were not correct size for the bed. The bathroom even though budget had a soap dispenser which was empty and not cleaned so soap dripping into bath, dangerous as you could slip while gettin in. As a diasbled room, despite myself not being disabled, i failed to see how a wheelbound person could have got into the bath as there is no hoist or anything. Suggestion maybe could have had a walk in shower

We have never been faced with such cantankerous individual at any hotel reception desk an where in the world. We booked a "Quad Room (2 Adults & 2 Children)" but were appointed a room with only 1 child bed. When we brought this issue to the attention of the reception girl we were told "you did not book a family room" however, quite clearly our booking WAS for a Quad Room. The next morning at breakfast was no better and after being told that I could not plug my phone in to charge and then having been shunted to 3 different tables by 2 different waitresses, when we placed our order at 8.33 we advised the waitress that we were in a rush and had to leave at 9.00. 27 minutes later still no breakfast. Travelinn,,, I remember the days when your staff used to be well trained well dressed professionals and am genuinely shocked by your degeneration in standards.
