comfy bed and helpful staff. the attached bar and restaurant served good food at a reasonable price. The breakfast was very good value.
no shower curtain or enough towels in the room. no telephone to contact reception desk
The gentleman that welcomed us at the desk was extremely informative, engaging and polite. The room had great size/facilities and cleanliness was spot on
Room was a bit too cold, but not to a degree that created a great deal of discomfort... No biscuits with the tea service
The staff & location
The fact that we had been given a disabled room, although I had booked the Hotel some two months before, everything was too low for us from the beds to the sink in the bathroom.
Enjoyed our stay very much. All staff from recwption to housekeeping were efficient and very polite. We stayed there in January and enjoyed it so much we booked again and extended our stay. If we ever visit Wolverhampton again we will definatley stay there. The bluebrick restaurant next door does fantastic food. Thank you again to all staff for making our stay comfortable.
This is a great choice for an overnight stay in Wolverhampton. The rooms are standard Premier Inn -clean and comfortable with free WiFi and excellent signal. The staff are friendly and efficient, just as other reviewers have commented.
Excellent, helpful and friendly male staff member on Reception when we arrived at 5pm, when we went to our room later on in the evening and same person on again at 7am the next day!!!
Breakfast was a little disappointing with food a bit greasy.
Friendly staff and clean room.
Location, TV, bed all great.
Room 85, toilet paper dispenser far to low!
The bed and TV were excellent....slept very well. inclusive parking essential and much appreciated.
Shower controls and noise a/c...We switched it off.
Close to train station and city centre
Smoking area of the bar across the gardens abit to close to the rooms some noise at night time when kicking out time happened
Only negative was I walked from the arm and no signs and had to walk all the way around hotel before I found the receptions.
Exceptional customer service received from everyone at this Premier Inn - reception, housekeeping and restaurant staff. I will be back again!
Clean, comfortable & warm. Staff excellent and attentive
Great staff. Very clean hotel.
We received a warm friendly welcome from your amazing receptionist David. We had our 2 year old son with us and his interaction with all of us was great. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We had breakfast I'm the morning which was enjoyed by us all as we had a long journey back ahead. All the staff were really informative helpful and friendly. We all really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much.
Restaurant was convenient and offered high-quality standard pub food. Room was clean and comfortable as usual for a Premier Inn.
No newspapers at breakfast.
Very handy for the station and the Great Western!
Hoodies with their dog loitering outside
Staff were great
Room was a quad once the couch had a sheet thrown on it and a mattress was pulled out from under the bed. Not really what I expected. The offers for breakfast and evening meal were very confusing. Suggest this is greatly simplified.
food was lovely and the staff always cheerful
Mobile Phone signal poor for all networks
Location to town and local amenities was excellent. Good transport services i.e. hotel next to train and bus station. freindly and helpful staff
Could not really fault hotel the only thing that i thought that was missing out of the room was an hair dryer and iron which would be nice to have available with out going to reception.
Great friendly staff
Dont seem to be loyality schemes as i have stayed in Premier Inns throughout the country
The breakfast was a hit with my sons
Room too tight
