Staff were great
Room was a quad once the couch had a sheet thrown on it and a mattress was pulled out from under the bed. Not really what I expected. The offers for breakfast and evening meal were very confusing. Suggest this is greatly simplified.
food was lovely and the staff always cheerful
Mobile Phone signal poor for all networks
Great friendly staff
Dont seem to be loyality schemes as i have stayed in Premier Inns throughout the country
The breakfast was a hit with my sons
Room too tight
comfy comfy bed
heavy footed people in the room above ours
Like the fact that it was next to the station just through the subway. Very handy for business travellers. Very friendly guy on reception and very helpful. Big room and very comfy.
Need to offer room service as the pub next door is not somewhere I felt comfortable to go on my own. Room was quite chilly through the night and air system only pumping out cool air. Also could here people walking around in the room above which seemed very loud.
The staff especially were very friendly. Breakfast fantastic. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. Would def recommend.
There is nothing to list
We like everything about the hotel
We could not find the hotel our satnav took us to a deadend. We had to ask couple people before we found the entrance to the hotel
the young lady on reception was so charming and freindly and rang for taxi s for us great stay
Very helpful and friendly staff
The staff and comfort excellant
The food all overcooked .Evening meal and breakfast, cold tea also, suggest hot water boiler.
Very lovely clean rooms! Bed was amazingly comfy and they have you extra pillows :)
Walls were very thin. We could hear next door snoring! Also had a very loud fan in the bathroom that would not stop so that also kept us awake a little longer than planned!
The hotel was good and restaurant for Dinner and Breakfast was next door. We didn't venture anywhere else we only had 1 night.
I like the location of the hotel when getting off the train walking distance, hub
I've not had a bad experience in the two years of stopping in the premier inn, other than one time when there were no irons left and the lady on reception didn't do anything to help the situation, very poor service, other than that great times.
location, comfort and staff
lot of roadworks which is confusing when driving to hotel
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff were very helpful and cheery.
It was a bit hard to find, however we got there. It just seemed a bit strange to me that they hand out towels like a swimming pool. When I said there were 2 of us the reception guy raced off to find another towel. A bit stingy I thought. I cannot stand hotels that do not supply a cake of soap, but instead have liquid soap dispensers. To me it is a hotel that is looking at every way they can save money rather than making the customer feel as though they had a great experince.
Staff were very welcoming and helpful advising on local ammenities. Room spacious and clean. Enjoyable stay
Staff good Food Good
Horrible smell in room
The reception staff were polite and very welcoming, room was clean and comfortable would recommend to family and friends
Helpful staff on arrival Cleaniness of room Comfort of room. Following morning lady in restaurant was also really friendly and happy (excellent customer care)
Everything about the Hotel was excellent. The receptionists and the cleaners were very friendly and professional.
errrrm oh let me think....... Sorry I cant answer that 1
All of it
location close to town centre and railway station. free on-site parking. comfortable bed. spacious room. quiet location.
Problems with water pressure on the saturday morning meant there was no water for guests to wash / shower. As we had to leave by 09.00 we could only wash by buying bottled water from the vending machine. No attempt was made by hotel to provide any water to guests and no offer of any kind of reimbursement or even just a complimentary breakfast was made. Very poor service.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, beds were comfortable, showers were great.
Was woken during the night by the people in the room above. We could hear their footsteps everytime they got up to use the bathroon.
