Very close to city centre
Bar and restaurant closed during the day and after a night in the town returned to the hotel at 11 o'clock for a few drinks the bar was shut.
Clean, comfortable, good location just across the river from the city centre - a few minutes' walk. Room quiet despite overlooking the main road. Excellent breakfast for a budget hotel.
Truly horrid unattended/automated check-in system - one of the least intuitive systems I've had the misfortune to come across, with questions posed with no obvious means of answering them. The software behind this needs some serious work to make it even vaguely usable. Fortunately, there was a member of staff around who helped me finish it - though that sort of defeats the object! Beware, the hotel is on a one-way system - it's a long way back if you miss the turn into the car park. The car park is not owned by the hotel, and is pay-and-display - discount for hotel residents £1 for 6pm - 8am; that isn't obvious on the pay-and-display machines.
Surprised to see a pay car park in use. Assumed there would be a reduction for guests but not so.
Close to city
Pity Preimer Inn don't have own car park.
The room was nice and big and spotless. Breakfast although extra was plentiful and yummy! Staff all very polite and helpful. Good security with room cards which are your acess to hotel at night and lifts. Like the panel under telly for usb ports as we
No hairdryer in our room as apparently being replaced. Would of had to go to reception with wet hair to ask for one so towel dryed hair(took ages). There were 2 of us in room but only 1 hand and 1 bath towel left so had to ask for more. They were supplied straight away though.
Comfortable bed...amazzzing bed :-) great shower.
Breakfast was a bit steep. Nice though. Also it advertised wifi to be free but when you get there, you have to give them all your personal info, so I didn't do it in the end. Also phone reception there is really bad, even if you just want to use your own internet!
The staff member at the check in desk was lovely, warm, welcoming, and very imformative, very genuine!
Waitress at breakfast was miserable and not very welcoming, bill arrived before we had even eaten!
Wifi should be free
Clean, comfortable, modern hotel. Nice restaurant, lovely bar. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return as long as price kept competitive to the other Worcester city centre hotels we've stayed at. Thank you!
Accommodation lived up to the usual high standard for Premier Inn
Couldn't get table for dinner until 20.45, very little choice of food left and that was poor. Breakfast even worse - hardly anything available. Dreadful.
situation, breakfast &dining room, car parking, general ambience
narrow double bed
no beds made, tea facilities not changed, towels not changed, bin not emptied, loud and noisy
Position is perfect right on the river for visiting the sights and shops
Having to ask for hairdryer to use, having to buy tooth paste from vending machine and why did we only have ONE towel in a double room - no excuse for that ! and a king size bed would have been better
Easy access to the city a very comfort ant bed, very clean hotel and very helpful staff.
No free car parking facilities, you have to use the public car park which you have to pay.
Really good night, had an epic view from the room (which was room 327) which overlooked the river and the cathedral. The staff were very friendly too.
very comfortable bed
slow check in
Had a good stay Worth the money
Modern Clean Spacious Excellent location Fairly priced
Very well placed for a visit to worcester. Good parking though not cheap.
Room was not ready & had to wait for a short time & wait in line again.not particulaly cheap @ £79.
The location was key, views from room were superb The Malvern Hills and the cricket ground. fantastic, near to city centre shops, pubs, restaurants, and the museum was a great visit, thoroughly enjoyed our stay, will be back again for 2nd helpings.
Room was a little stuffy, would be good if windows could open slightly
Bed View of cricket ground Decor Bath Check in and out Location
Toilet paper dispenser like rolls Sink took long time get really hot water Fried eggs yellow was solid
Restaurant food was excellent, and not expensive.
I was disturbed by a water hammer above my top floor room. The hotel immediately refunded the entire night's cost, per their "satisfaction guaranteed" policy, which more than made up for the disturbance.
The location was perfect for my visit this is why I use this hotel
The bar area was closed till 5 when I cheched in at 2 and the lounge area was kept totally in dark so had to sit in dark or stay in room hotel was very cold although rooms were warm
Location, rooms, reasonable parking charge, good breakfast
