Receptionists were polite and extremely helpful; they went out of their way to sort out a booking problem for our group. The error was made by booking .com , so well done girls for sorting it at a very busy time. Poor show booking .com, might have to rethink as to whether I use them again disappointing. the booking error by booking ,com

Surprised we were in a disabled room but no problem it was excellent. Liked the Beefeater Res. - good food at a reasonable price. In answer to Q3 we were staying overnight before our annual visit to the RHS show at Malvern. Finding you - we booked online which was easier enough but the directions should be spelt out clearly for those of us without satnavs and provision of the hotel direct phone number on the conformation sheet would have helped.

I like the lady in the reception who checked us in earlier than their usual. She noticed that I called in for this request a week earlier and she was so gracious and lovely with it. Always smiling and conversant. I would like to thank as well whoever took my call for my request for an early check in due to a christening my family was attending that afternoon. It was relaxing and our 7 years old son had a blast even for his freebie breakfast. he was over the moon for that. Thank you again.

Didnt like the fact that when we got there we were told that I had only booked a single room for a family of 4, and had to wait for another bed to be made up. And after checking online my reservation details I had booked a quad room.

very friendly and helpful staff. My TV decided not to work after about half an hour - when I reported it to reception, they immediately offered me an alternative room, very quickly and efficiently done. The room was quiet and appropriately heated. All facilities were good and a good powerfull shower! Plenty of choice for the continental breakfast - again the staff were friendly and efficient. Liked everything!

When we entered the room it had a peculiar smell, somewhat of a musty nature about it! I would have thought that for £60, biscuits would have been provided to go with a cup of tea first thing in the morning! I am not a fan of frothy soap from a dispenser with which to wash oneself I would much have preferred & expected a small bar of solid soap!

Clean, comfortable, modern, friendly near to Worcester City.. Excellent restaurant next door which is reasonably priced and an excellent varied menu.. Very quiet and private no interuptions perfect for couples to 'get away from it all' for a night or two.. Beds are gorgeously spacious and comfortable brilliant nights sleep with T.V tea & coffee making facilities and spotless clean bathroom ***** 5 star rating :-)
