Score from 391 reviews Good
Good location with on site parking. Large room which was very comfortable
The deco was a little tired in places although clean could do with an update. No phone signal or 3G in room
Room size, staff friendliness and facilities
The receptionist on duty on the day we arrived was exceptionally helpful and a credit to the hotel. She smoothed our problems out (See 'what I didnt like') without fuss, with a smile as well!
The booking had been accidentally amended from occupancy of 3 to that of 1; the website was not clear about guest names. I was also emailed about a no-show when patently I had spent the time there.
Size of rooms ,excellent breakfast also children eat free great value for families.
Bed ,mattress wasn't as comfortable as previous visits to other premier inns.
The location was suitable to my plan. The staff was polite The car park adequate.
The room was not up to standard care. The bathroom had mold growth in the bath. And the sink area has layers of blackness indicating a poor cleaning regime. Or a really old facility that need upgrade. The heating in the room is not adequate. Not working. Staff were polite. But the facility was poor. This does not provide for a good experience at all.
Staff were friendly and very helpful, the food was fab definitely stay there again.
Nothing to dislike.
Warm welcome by friendly staff. Lovely restaurant nearby where we enjoyed a perfectly cooked meal. Breakfast was served as t this restaurant also.
breakfast cleanliness friendly staff comfort
advertise as free wifi and they we were told they only give you 30 minutes.
Location Very pleasant staff including chambermaids who all said good morning as we passed.
poor quality mushrooms at breakfast
Breakfast at the Beefeater next door, excellent
We stayed here on the Friday and paid over £100. The curtain in the bathroom and the whole room had the damp musty smell. Hairdryer collected from reception didn't work. We stayed premier inn, city centre Worcester on Saturday which was £20 cheaper and far superior.
Needs better signage from the island to the car park.
Could not turn the heating off in bedroom was too hot overnight
Clean and reasonably up to date, good bed and work area/desk
Poor Shower Water pressure.
The staff were really helpful and friendly. The receptionist sorted out a problem I had over a booking in another Premier Inn as I had made an error in the date.
I felt the lock on my door was unsafe as the wood looked as if it had been forced at some point.
the variable price that guests pay
All staff were helpful and friendly
Our room was located by a door in the corridor outside which mean there was noise each time the door was opened. It did not stop me sleeping but I was awaken early and the continuing noise meant I could not get back to sleep. In the Beefeater it took 50 minutes to get our cooked breakfast which is not accepable
Coming up the M5 the directions to the hotel are very poor. We shot up two roads before we found the hotel
arrived at midnight and bed was not made for child! No hair dryer Only one towel between three people!!
Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Everything was provided for in the clean bedroom. Very clean bathroom.
We normally like to have a window open at night for fresh air but this wasn't possible due to traffic noise.
Friendly staff Nice breakfast
Stayed for two nights but room wasn't cleaned for some reason
Staff and location
Adjoining restaurant expensive, badly staffed, unclean and expensive.
Staff were all welcoming and friendly. Spotless rooms. Breakfast freshly cooked, excellent. Great food in pub next door.
Health and safety issue for reception, working on their own, certain days, with no backup.
We thought the staff in reception were so nice and helpful - but mostly we noticed they were very pleasant all the time and always spoke... Sometimes in big hotels you are ignored completely.. The room was lovely and what we have come to expect from Premier. Lovely big bed. Nice towels and plenty of hot water.... The beefeater restaurant opposite the hotel was also very good. Staff and food were very nice and made the stay very enjoyable. Definitely will return.
No mobile signal inside the building.
Most things were good with the exception of the bed.
Lumpy, uncomfortable mattress. Reported to reception on leaving. Receptionist said she would record my complaint on the system and that plans were in place to renew mattresses in the New Year - not much help to me
