Reception staff very friendly and helpful

The staff were so welcoming & helpful & asked how our party had gone the following morning ( even with all the guests there remembered we were going to a wedding ) . Night porter offered us extra teabags etc

there were no negative points !!!

Staff always cheerfull and helpfull. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Television needed to be reset every time it was switched off. This could take up to five minutes.

We liked the friendliness & courtesy of the staff.

As octegenarians we would have liked a handrail on the wall in the bathroom as we can no longer get in & out of a bath.

It is near to my family who live in that part of the Wirral.

Could do with redecorating feels a little jaded. Both the rooms and the bar/restaurant.

Nice comfy beds, and glad of the spare pillows as most hotels only have two in the room

Great location,stayed 2 years ago and was the first hotel I looked for when looking for a hotel on the Wirral,would book again,friendly and helpful staff.

the staff. In particular the receptionist Lyndsey, who went over and above to help. She located a mobile phone charger to lend us and even telephoned her father at home in search of a bow tie, as well as asking half the staff for one! She greeted us in a friendly and efficient way, most welcoming. A credit to the company.

Rather tired looking decor. Ancient tv. Guests smoking directly outside the entrance so that smoke drifted into reception area.

very friendly staff 'helpfull 'pleasant ' a really lovely place to stay . plus reasonable price and a great breakfast would stay again if in that neck of the woods .

The staff were the friendliest staff I have ever met in a hotel. breakfast was superb ( continental ).

Quiet location with good parking but with in easy reach of the motorway, hospital and crematorium. Reason for staying was a funeral. Very friendly helpful staff and the comfort was up to the usual Premier standard.

A cobweb running from a ceiling light to the wall above the TV. The kettle did not turn itself off when boiling. The food in the adjoining pub felt as though it had been kept warm for a long time eg not freshly cooked. Did eat at 6pm.

The staff were amazing, the duty receptionist could not have been more helpful, she was so friendly and couldnt do enough to help us. The breakfast was superb.

the staff where amazing ,nothing was too much trouble, on our stay chef did not turn in so a member of staff did her best to cook breakfast, lyndsey the receptionist was brilliant ,very helpfull and should be given a medal would definatley stay here again

Bed was really big and comfortable. Room was clean and had required facilities. Room was cool despite it being a particularly warm evening.

Smelt like a hospital, possibly using a similar cleaning material to hospital's which was a bit off putting until we got used to it and couldn't smell it anymore.
