All staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly.
Sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable
Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were spacious and clean. Very quiet. Breakfast was excellent.
Clean, comfy, quiet
bit too far from anything resembling nightlife
food was excellent
Kids loved it.
Toilets were visibly clean but had strong smell of urine through out our stay. I had to clean with dettol spray but still it didn't go. Everything else was good. Thank you for the extra facility.
Clean smart room with room to move around ,good friendly staff .lots of plug sockets good for teenagers.
There was no mini fridge with goodies in for my teenagers ,not enough tea /coffee .one squeaky bed that keep me awake from my teenagers moving in sleep.
Staff, room, location, facilities were excellent
For a mid range/budget hotel the cost of the room was a bit much
good nights sleep big breakfast as much as you want, nice meal in restaurant
Extremely clean room. Great, helpful staff, Comfortable bed
I loved the facilities, the welcome the staff gave and the great nights sleep
The room was a little hot!
I liked the cleanliness evrything was fresh and clean beds were perfectly comfortable.
Had to wait to check in until half 4 as rooms were not ready extremely creaky floors and room above walkin around kept us awake till gone midnight.
Hotel staff are courteous, helpful and pleasant. Hotel is kept clean and rooms tidied daily. Restaurant meals
Noise from some guests, that probably shouldn't drink quite so much, can be an issue. Certain Restaurant staff seem to be pleasant - through gritted teeth (more R+R time needed maybe?)
As to be expected from Premier Inn... Clean and comfortable.
I wish Premier Inn would invest in Air Conditioning for their rooms, it really is a let down during the summer months. I would personally be happy to pay more for a room with air-con. The fan supplied just turns the room in to a fan-assisted oven as opposed to a regular oven!
The place was easy to find The parking was very good and close The staff were very friendly Breakfast was very good - lots of choice
Quad room could have been larger but it suited the purpose Would have been better to offer and integrated breakfast package and had to pay an "add on" of £18 on the day which was okay but then other places we were looking at already has breakfast included so the Premier Inn actually ended up being MORE expensive - slightly misleading
Breakfast options can't be faulted. If you want it they have it. Parking facilities were good, no need to arrive early and no struggle to park
Booked quad room and was downgraded to double and single but still charged the same. Bed uncomfortable and very high
The beds. The receptionist was BRILLIANT. Very clean in the room. No noise disturbance, plenty of space for luggage. Assistance with hiring cabs. Stuff to entertain the kids while we sorted things out.
Far out of town - far from train stations. The kids bed was very close to unprotected sockets. The breakfast menu showed fresh black pepper, but the table had ground black pepper. We could not get the shower to work in the bathroom. The bathroom drains had a lingering smell.
The staff could not do enough for you. They were wonderful.
Reception staff were very positive and helpful. Usual premier inn good service.
Woken up by noisy people leaving at 7.00am not the hotels fault but it was annoying. They ran out of quite a lot of things at breakfast including muffins which was the only thing the children wanted. Not something we have ever experienced at Premier Inns before.
Room was fine, no problems, will use Premier Inns again.
Restaurant, food nothing special and when my wife complained the waitress said she was hard to please. Not what we had expected.
Friendly reception staff, lovely quiet location and comfortable room.
I was put in a disabled room with no Bath
The floors were very noisy. We were kept awake most of the night by people in the upstairs room walking around
Staff were attentive and cheerful.
Beds were singles pushed together and were uncomfortable the duvets were too short for the beds when tucked in, meaning either your feet or your shoulders were cold.
Convenient location, plenty of parking. Quiet.
Having to carry suitcases up the stairs. There was no offer of assistance and if there was a lift we weren't told about it! The evening meal at the restaurant was dreadful.
