Found all staff very helpful and friendly
room .staff . hotel were all fine,
at least £8.50 into york if like us you are in and out of city and having a drink it can be expensive .this isnt the hotels fault and they happy to book you a taxi.
All staff were excellent, very friendly, helpful and polite. The restaurant staff were particularly great, sorry have forgotten names, but the lady at dinner with dark, curly hair was lovely, another lady at breakfast with dark, curly hair was very friendly and helpful and reception staff were good. All together a brilliant stay.
Everything free carparking, staff, breakfast, cheaper rate for taxi
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful
Alarm in room was on (set by previous occupiers) so woke us up early in the morning. Couldn't get back to sleep.
Two members of Premier Inn staff were a credit, all those we spoke to were a credit but two particular reception staff went out of there way too be helpful..
The attached bar/restaurant was the worst we have come across..breakfast on 2 mornings we sent back ( reception arranged complimentory on 3rd day this was'nt much better ) we had 2 evening meals the 1st was starter n sweet, cant go wrong there,2nd meal was disgusting,i had a fillet steak well the duty manager wrote off the bill,he was the saving grace..for a pub' to run out of vodka is pathetic,we stayed 3 nights and still no vodka,,,a slight shake up of staff, from the top down may work wonders but somehow doubt it,,Premier inn %100 beefeater inn (think name correct ) %000
Very high standard of comfort and cleanliness; polite, personable and efficient staff. Very good value for money.
Staff were lovely and was very quite at night. Had a fantastic time.
Clean, comfortable and great customer service
That I couldn't stay longer and had to go home
Staff, accommodation, breakfast and restaurant in general all excellent
It was easy to find and only a short drive to York. The hotel reception staff were very friendly. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was excellent and the staff serving were again very friendly. Would stay here again.
All the staff were really friendly and helpful . They work so hard in making sure that you are catered for. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. Thank you to all the staff for making it a lovely place to stay .
Clean modern rooms Breakfast very nice Staff friendly Parking
No Airconditioning Noise from the main road
Lovely staff, very helpful and friendly. Hotel very clean and not too noisy even though refurbishment is going on.
Bit too far out of York, had to get cab or park and ride into town, not within walking distance.
Friendly , helpful staff. Our one nights stay was good.
a comfortable bed, tea and coffee facilities in the room. a decent size television. the location was reasonable as we went to watch football and the receptionist called us a taxi which was very reasonably priced.
I did not like to order my breakfast. when we have stayed in premier inns in the past they had buffet style breakfast which I prefer.
Good close location to park & ride. Basic room like all other Premier Inns.
Fan in bathroom made horrible noise and did not work, so everything in the bathroom was covered in water from steam after the shower. Noisy. Reported to front desk but unable to fix or change rooms
Rooms clean and comfortable. Reception staff very welcoming and helpful.
Too far out of York centre, we like to be able to walk into town. Not much going on in the Business Park could do with more restaurants etc. Food quite expensive in Beefeater at Premier Inn. Breakfast I thought, should be included in the price of stay at hotel.
Me and my wife stayed here while on a cultural (retail therapy) trip to york the hotel was ideal not very far from all york had to offer and a great atmosphere would definitely return
Beefeater next door was a bit pricey
location parking clean room comfortable bed
constant traffic noise
Reception clerk good, and his customer skills were quite outstanding, the cleanliness of the bar and the facilities were good, and bar staff were friendly and understood who was the next person to be served which is something go behold these days. The dining area for breakfast was well set out and well stocked.
Breakfast for four people presented to us cold, on advising one of your staff the plates almost complete with food were snatched from the table, how on earth I held back from addressing the young man for his utter rudeness is now beyond me, and I can assure you that he is very lucky not to feel the bluntness of sky sarcasm, the reason I have give a poor rating is because of this mans poor customer relationship, regretfully I cannot remember his name but there is always the possibility that we will visit your hotel in York again and rest assured, I, or the party we were travelling with would not let the episode happen again.
Hot rooms. Lack of thermostat. Noisy staff. Lack of sleep.
Too far away from city centre
The staff were great
location, staff very helpful
no air conditioning bedrooms were tropical 27 degrees not very nice to sleep in
