Value for money is excellent, particularly since you can park your vehicle, free of charge, for any number of days while you are on holiday. Remember that you need to hire a taxi to take you from the hotel to the airport terminal and back which costs about £17 overall.

We got to the hotel really late and the receptionist was so helpfully, getting us booked in, taxi ordered for the next morning and even knocking on our door because she was worried we had over slept when we said we did need a call to our room. We would defiantly recommend this hotel to friends and family. Nothing

I gave a write up on Tripadvisor because I was so pleased about my stay. I am a 60+ female & was staying on my own primarily to attend an event at the nec. My much younger colleagues travelled by bus on the night but I wanted to make sure I could get ready in peace before, and leave when I was ready, so booked a room. I couldn't have been happier, it was a quiet location, and I had a great nights sleep. The staff were brilliant, & the breakfast was lovely - Yeo Valley organic yoghurts are what I have at home. The standard was homely rather than luxurious, which is fine by me - the decoration was a bit tired and the towels weren't fluffy. Nor were there a load of freebie bottles and things. What there was however, was perfectly sufficient for the time I was there, and the fact that waste is reduced is excellent as far as I am concerned. Thanks The price I paid is the same I found later than another colleague who stayed at the Hilton, so I couldn't rate any higher on value. The walk to my room was a long one on tired feet, but no real complaint!

The family room was the largest family room that we had stayed in - so very pleased with the overall accomodation. The whole checking in process was easy and hassle free. Staff very friendly. A suggestion for improvement would be the addition of pool & gym.

Friendly staff This hotel is ok if you have to go to the nec, there is nothing else around in the neighbourhood. Bar and restaurant are always busy, fun to meet people. Noisy room , I woke up by the sound of people walking in the halls, it squeeks. Tv bit small. Little toiletries in the bathroom, no washingcloths. As you are looking for "comfort"...this is not it.

We were traveling from County Durham to attend a concert at the lg Arena, so we were looking for a Hotel close to the venue. We chose the Premiere Inn mostly because of location. On arrival we were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff, after checking in they arranged for a taxi to take us to the Arena ( took about 10 mins due to high volume of traffic going to the Arena ). Our room was spotless and very comfortable, snacks were available at the bar until 10pm and the bar was open till about 1.30am. For a little extra we had booked for the buffet breakfast and it was also faultless. Plenty of free parking at the Hotel too. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would definatley recommend this Hotel.

Proximity to nec and motorway network. Good value for money. Good Bar / Meals. Comfortable. Breakfast V.G. Quiet. Beds very firm, which is a question of personal preference. Need to request more towels if couple staying (most likely aimed at business travellers / single occupancy)

It was convent for the nec First night stay was terrible unable to sleep, only had the duvey which was extremly warm. We had a room at the back could hear clinking bottles being thrown out by staff (both nights), also wheeling bins being moved around . told the management the following morning , asked if I could have a sheet& blanket (no blankets) so was given 2 sheets which was better. Sign in the hotel says if you have a bad nights sleep you will get your money back.nothing said about that! When we ordered the meal the first night the waitress got my husband meal wrong( the couple next to us said they heard what we ordered & it was not what we got.also my dessert was not correct as well, she took it back & scraped the chocolate icecream off & put another scoop of plain on( but you could still see & taste the chocolate.

I had staek and chips and wished I had chosen something else. The staek was stringy and tough and the chips dry. I fyou cannot serve up a good staek and chips then it is best to remove it from the menu. Also the taxi company let me down badly. They were half an hour later which meant I missed the start of the conference. The taxi had been pre-booked by the hotel.
