This Premier Inn with free parking is perfect for Birmingham Airport and the NEC. Access the center of the city in 10 minutes from nearby Birmingham International Train Station. Premier Inn Birmingham NEC/Airport has an on-site restaurant/bar and meeting facilities. It is a short walk from the northern Exhibition Halls and a 5-minute drive from the main NEC piazza or arena. The staff were very friendly and helpful,the food was delicious we had an evening meal and breakfast.Room was clean and smelt fresh bed was very comftable. I liked everything couldn't fault it at all.

We all agreed that the room was purely functional but was maintained to a high standard. The room was too hot. You cannot sleep with the air conditioning running as it is too noisy so we had to have the window open. Our 2 children (aged 15 and 10) did not sleep very well at all, especially the youngest, as the single beds were extremely uncomfortable. This was due to the fact the mattresses supplied were of very poor quality and no doubt very cheap! You could feel every spring through the surface of the mattress. I would recommend Premier Inn Birmingham nec to someone looking for an overnight stay but not if accompanied by small children.

Friendly very helpful staff,clean comfortable room, good food,well cooked with excellent all you can eat breakfast, recommended and would stay here again Rooms 316 and 318 too near lift corrider door constant banging as other guests leave their rooms over a mile to lg arena/nec not 0.6 m as stated

We found the staff to be very efficient and friendly. Our room was a good size and very clean. The bar area was nice and cosy with a good atmosphere. The breakfast food was fine. We thought the food in the restaurant to be very bland and without any real flavour. We had requested gluten free bread when we booked but when we arrived the hotel did not have any.

Sitiuated in a quiete area and no disturbance at all. Adding to, well located near an airport and good road connections to else where. Front desk personell was very helpfull at all times and room was always clean. Highly recommended for next visit. Long walking distance through corridors till reaching room

Unfortunatly it was not possible to reach the hotel for their offered pick-up service from the airport. At the end it was needed to take a hotel and travel to teh hotel.

The staff at the Hotel were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. I only stayed overnight to attend a Concert at LG Arena but I was booked in promptly, the room was clean and had the necessary facilities. I had breakfast in the morning and it was excellent quality and I ordered poached egggs instead of fried, they were cooked very quickly and perfect. Lee (Manager) on the Monday morning was very pleasant and tried to make us feel comfortable for the few hours we were waiting for our transport to return home. Thank you

It was convenitently close to the nec, and was easy to find. I think the daily rates are excessively high given the lack of any amenities such as a pool or a gym. If I were not travelling on a business capacity, I would not have paid the price quoted to stay at a Premier Inn. If I was to recommend this hotel, it would only be on the grounds of its convenient proximity to the nec.

spotlessly clean, very handy for the NEC Staff could be more attentive at check-in - not everyone has more than one credit/debit card, and some people prefer to use cash! Service in the restaurant was shocking

All of it really my nit picks are below Not enough pillows . Very warm in the dinning area . No bus service to events . Could not watch media box on tv in room . The bed was two singles bolted together. But these are only to make it perfect "nit picking" in other words . Next event will be booking again in premier inn again .

Hotel was in walking distance of the NEC with free parking at the hotel, bed was very comfy and the shower was excellent, food was very good too. I will be returning to the same hotel if and when I go to another show at the NEC. Thankyou.

Staff and location to the lg arena in which me and a friend went to a concert No coffee sold at bar after certain time. Never enough milk or coffee left in hotel rooms, this isnt necessarily premier inn but hotels in general
