Helpful staff

No pedestrian access to NEC despite marketing it as 5 minute walk away. No shuttle bus service. restaurant not open for lunch

It was near to the NEC

We were asked if we would like porridge for breakfast and after a long wait, it arrived cold, lumpy and inedible.

Clean rooms, helpful staff, bar/food facilities, plenty of parking.

wasn't quite as close to the LG Arena as we were lead to belive.

Ideal location for the NEC

Room very comfortable and clean. Check in staff efficient

There was no take away cups for grab and go. We found this out after we paid for it and were told we could always sit down and have it, which sort of defeats the purpose. Also Internet very expensive. I only needed to use the computer for 10 minutes but had to pay for an hour. Then adobe was not installed on the computer so I could not complete what I needed to.

Great. Will use again. Very helpful and friendly. Nice beds etc and great Breakfast.

Drinks very expensive.

One of the best PI's I've stayed in, very clean, modern, spacious and very versatile for use, ie leisure, business etc. breakfast lovely, great variety.

Only two bar staff on Friday night, when bar was busy, led to almost 10mins waiting to be served.

Tv, large bathroom (wheelchair friendly room), spacious room, lots of breakfast choices, very helpful staff, excellent parking facilties.

Only 2 teabags, water in shower took a while to get hot. Not enough power points in room only one. Maybe my stupidity but I thought I had paid as I had put in card details online but actually hadn't think that's a booking.com thing.

the location close to the NEC is perfect, the bed was comfortable, room was as expected from you, as we expected as we have stayed in many premier in hotels across the country.

We didn't get a full nights sleep due to other guests. The NEC hosted Meatloaf in concert, so we expected it to be a bit busy/noisy. The bathroom wasn't up to your normal standard and although we got up late, we couldn't get hot water to shower at 9am, having to leave without showering to get home. That was disappointing.

Clean and comfortable

Got food poisoning from an expired chicken and the duty manager that evening couldn't care less. I'm sure senior management would!! Shame as it overshadowed everything else.

After a delayed flight it was nice to be able to get a relaxing nights sleep in order to be fresh for our onward journey the next day. The breakfast was excellant as were the staff

Good parking near to the NEC. Food plentiful and well cooked. Room spacious and comfy. Staff very helpful. Liked the card check-in system.

i liked the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel and i also found the staff extremely helpfull the breakfast was also vaery good

staff were very helpful and pleasant. premier inn up to its usual great standard and with a good breakfast( marmite!!!!)

only two coffees in the room although quickly rectified by staff.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was helpful .

We book the hote as we were going to a concert at the LG arena. Not very nr had to get taxi as there are no footpaths and not signposted and a long walk from the train station ! So need to take cost of taxis into the cost of the hotel .

Service was prompt and friendly. (Stacey and other waiting staff were excellent.) Location was ideal for NEC

Ideal for what we wanted

When water came through from ceiling in our bathroom and then bedroom.Room 15 then transferred to 19. March 8th/9th

The breakfast is lovely and the staff are very friendly.

The dimmer light was a bit faulty but was not a problem for us. We alerted the staff and they thanked us and will inform maintenance.

The food was Excellent and the staff very friendly

The bed was uncomfortable and there was someone above me stomping around until after 12am and they started up again before 6am.
