Dinner in the restraunt was awful -Curry. The staff tried hard but did not have the back-up. Lights in room constantly flashing ie defective |

Some of the staff were very helpful and the location to the nec was good. The taxi service used by the hotel was brilliant. The drivers were very polite and helpful. The meals took ages even though we picked the quiet times. The airconditioning unit was a joke and kept us awake all night both nights and the staff member who we talked to was not interested. It needs an on off power switch. |

The Room was great, The Breakfast was good as ever, It was a very Nice hotel. Getting to the hotel walking from the train station. Then finding if you come from the Hall 20 side you have to navigate your way around a huge car park. or climb through the fence just to get into the grounds of the hotel . This hotel is not designed for the Non drivers. Everything would have been perfect if it had not been for the Aggressive housekeeping staff. To the Hotel check out is 12 noon |

We had no hot water in the morning and had to move rooms eban then the water was not warm and as this was a special birthday treat for my husband we used the hotel to see Byan Adams at the NEC it rather spolit the day. |

cleanliness and staff in general, direct line for booking taxis, no fuss buffet breakfast it was quite cold in the room at times, thermostat seemed to be preset so unable to adjust for our comfort |

the room was spacious and clean. the bed was comfortable. the shower was very powerful. the shuttle servive to the concert was good but the return was full so got a taxi instead of waiting, should have used more buses. the level of service was unprofessional. did not appear well trained in dealing with customers in restaurant. food was very poor at eve meal, very disapointing. no apologies either! |

Room, bar & restaurant, proximity to NEC & shuttle bus service Not enough service staff in restaurant - delay in service etc. Room overlooking lorry park in back was noisy - should be a discounted price on these rooms! Shuttle bus did not pick up at door - had to walk in rain to end of drive. |
