The lady on the check-in desk helped very much us as their was a problem with our booking At night the room was very hot and the cooling system didn't help very much. Also a lot of noise around 04:00. |

The hotel staff were friendly and gave good advice on the local bus routes also providing a timetable The room key often took several attempts to open the door and there were not enough tea making facilities provided |

The price is very reasonable and I really like the bedroom as they are tidy and clean. The bed and the shower are also very good quality. |

I liked the fact it was a nice clean hotel, lovely restaurant, very modern but not stark. the only problem was the smell of stale water in the bathroom. |

Although the room was a bit basic the bed was clean and very comfortable. The restaurant staff were particularly helpful and produced some nicely fried bread by request. The showers were of the fixed type which makes if difficult to use if you don't want to get your hair wet. The 'liquid soap' particularly in the bath is a feature of most Premier Inns and is always difficult to use in comparison with small bars of soap which tend to be normal in hotels. |

I was amazed at the service that my family and I received. The room was of a good size for a family of three. The food in the resurant was very good. We will definately stay there again on the next visit to Wales. The only things that we found, was that there was not very much toilet paper or shower soap in the en-suite. |

It was the first time we've stayed in a Premier Inn and we didn't expect it to be as good as it was. |

The room layout was good, room was clean and warming. Freeview on tv was excellent. Stairs in car park slippy due to rain |
