It was convenient to get to Heathrow Airport I had a difficult time on leaving the M4, at Junction 4, travelling along Stockley Road it was confusing at best .... I was unable to turn right, onto Shepis Lane, but had proceed along Stockley Road for about a mile. to the first roundabout, and then come back down the other way on Stockley Road, to be able to turn onto Shepis Lane .... Very Confusing. |

The service was exceptional and the standard of rooms excellent. The food offered was good and well priced. Access was implied by free shuttle. The actual shuttle service available via national express was expensive and abysmally slow. This was just not acceptable for international travellers. You would do better to recommend that your guests take a taxi. |

Clean, efficient, pleasant staff, ideal for airport overnight access Having to pay for one nights parking. Not properly directed to Hotel by Google Maps, you should check this yourselves and get Google top correct it, Googkle ent me to the m4 on ramp, from where I could see but not get to the hotel. |

Courteous receptionist - very pleasant and very thoruough in explaining features of hotel along with evening meals and breakfasts. Other staff in restaurant were exceptional in service. Dinner and breakfast were tasty with adequate servings. Location - we actually thought it was within walking distance to a small community. Still perfect for overnight stays near Heathrow |

Easy to relax after arrival from Europe whilst waiting for flight to Australia next day and ease of access to Heathrow. Availability of good restaurant for evening meal and attentive staff at breakfast next morning. Inability to charge evening meal to room or advice that this was not possible. |

I only stayed 1 night but found the reception staff and the dining staff pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable.Good value for money especially being so close to the airport and the city of London. Didn't read any reviews before booking |

Very friendly and helpful staff. As expected simple but functional and very comfortable room. The bed was a good size and very comfortable. Breakfast was ok but not excellent. As is normal in London, over priced for budget accommodation, but we had a pleasant stay. |

The food in the restaraunt was very impressive We booked a double room for 2 people and were given a room with a double bed and 2 additional beds on the floor. Not the end of the world as we were only staying 1 night but amde it awkward getting in and out of bed and took up space. There also could have been more tea and coffee in the room but the staff responded very quickly to a requst for more. |

The noise insulation was not good. Proximity to Motorway and resulting noise in room was disturbing. The window was closed correctly but made no difference. |
