Premier Inn Heathrow M4/J4  

The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean, freshly decorated and had everything you need for a "night before a flight". Will definitely use again. The extra you pay for the more up market hotels just isn't justified in my view.

Some people were making noise at night and we could hear everything

1. Airport shuttle connections were not completely explained by the staff; they need to let travelers know that there are different shuttles for each airport terminal. 2.There are no other restaurants options within walking distance/very close to the hotel. 3. The young man at the front desk needs an attitude adjustment.

I stayed here just one night on my way to Istanbul. I was able to check in early which was great since I had just come off an all night flight. The room was clean with a king sized bed. The restaurant and bar were nice, and that's really good because there is nothing else around this hotel. It is very isolated. Very friendly staff!

I took a cab to the hotel which was quite expensive, around $38.00 usd. The Hoppa Bus will take you to the airport for 4€.

Having to pay extra for overnight parking. The pillows at Premier Inn are not to my liking, it always takes me hours o get to sleep, trying SO MANY permiations......

Staff was very friendly, helpful, understanding. Food was delicious and very convenient especially for breakfast. Hotel is very family oriented which was great for us. If we travel to London, this will be the place we will stay in gain.

Paying for parking is insane! Other premier inns, give a pass to display in car- what's wrong with that? I detest the parking fee and its the reason I don't book there more- I could so easily spend nearly every weekend there!!!

Everything. From the time I called the hotel to let Kirin know my flight was delayed, he repeatedly asked me what time I would arrive. Given my flight was delayed, I had no idea. To my arrival, when Kirin tries to sell us breakfast even though my reservation had it included because my boyfriend was trying to check us in because I was on a work conference call. To Kirin insisting because we were two men that we needed two beds, when I had reserved one for us as he's my boyfriend. To even though the bar was closed, the atm was broken, and we wanted sodas, they wouldn't just give us two sodas. To the way the breakfast staff treated us the next day, very curt and serving an omelette that had mushrooms that were nearly frozen. To the business model of having to purchase 2 wifi access codes when I selected a double room for two people. To the indoor safe requiring purchase for use. I am the regional director of training for Fairmont Hotels (The Savoy) in San Francisco and I have never seen a more poorly run, managed hotel in my life.

It is not clear from details on booking.com that there are 3 Premier Inns in the Heathrow area. Consequently, I spent some time in a taxi finding the right one.
