Friendly staff, quality of food. Comfort of beds
Having to pay for parking, plus no newspapers in the morning on reception.
The staff were beyond accommodating and the hotel itself was perfect. Roomy for 3 of us in 1 room. Great all around!
Internet connection was cumbersome since each of us have several devices but the staff accommodated us.
Duvet way to thick and restaurant understaffed
Very comfy beds and bedding. Very clean. Food lovely.
Who's idea is it to give balloons to children at breakfast time? Nightmare. IMO, they should be a treat AFTER dinner only. Why does nowhere have bedrooms connected by interlocking doors anymore? So much easier for families to put young kids to bed, then adults can relax
The room was clean and modern, and the front desk staff were very pleasant.
The breakfast didn't open until 7am. We had to catch the shuttle to the airport at 7am so wasn't able to get breakfast. It was a Sunday morning, but still should've been open. There were other people waiting for it as well.
Close to airport short ride on hoppa exceptionally clean security tight particularly for a woman on her own choice of pillows
Beds are a little too hard maybe mattress was past it's best but it was only one night so ok more than one night would be uncomfortable
Staff excellent, cleanliness excellent, food excellent, would definately recommend. Value for money.
Large modern clean room. Good service and excellent value for money.
location , modern hotel
when you add breakfast and parking it starts to become expensive .
Very comfortable bed Quiet Very clean
Had to pay for breakfast No restaurants within walking distance.
The beds were very comfortable & Bathroom clean and nice
My stay was short, so didn't have any complaints.
friendly staff, easily accessible
difficulty on using pay and display - expecially as there 2 night - would have been more benificial to pay when booking
We stayed here a few years ago and found the hotel very comfortable then. This visit we were very pleased to see that the room looked as if it had recently undergone a refurbishment and was beautifully clean. The flat screen wall mounted TV was another welcome plus. All of the staff that we encountered were extremely pleasant, very helpful and a credit to the Premier Group.
While the king size bed was comfortable it was a disappointing to find that it was actually 2 single beds bolted together and therefore had a 'join' in the middle.
Breakfast Buffet was fantastic. Room was really comfortable. Nice bed, nice finishes in shower/bath. Hotel staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Much cheaper than a lot of other hotels in area
Breakfast didn't start until 7 on saturday. Seeing as its a hotel near the airport, they should start it earlier on weekends. I lucked out and didn't have to catch the shuttle until 7:45 though. Also don't like the limited internet (only I think 45 mins?)
Consistency across different locations, excellent rooms, great breakfasts, happy to stay at tier 2 locations to take advantage of the offered value
The price Nice food at the restaurant Handy to Heathrow Spacious, modern room Very clean Hotel Hoppa bus to airport for 4.50
Fan/AC a bit loud, but at least available
Cramped and dated accommodation
Happy hour 6 to 7 Air conditioning Very quiet even though very near Heathrow.
Food was fine. Rooms were nice and clean.
Paying for parking. A bit difficult to find.
Fee for everything...wifi, shuttle to airport, parking, etc. Restaurant has poor service.
The staff at this Premier Inn are absolutely amazing! Starting from the manager and including all of the staff. Easy check in and comfy beds. Liked the food at Thyme.
Very quiet comfortable, good nights sleep. Excellent variety, taste + choice for breakfast.
No help with luggage. Felt like just another number turning up at night when tired and need help with luggage.
Very friendly staff who did their very best to help us with any enquiries. On the first night we had a problem with the air conditioning not working in our room, so we were moved to another room and the first night refunded.
Liked the bed and tv
Didn't like the fact the you have to pay £3 for unlimited wifi when it stated when booking the room that the wifi comes with the package, and for the price the wifi should come in with the deal anyway, also the breakfast should of come with the deal aswel £8 can get you a meal in a restaurant, We also asked on arrival biscuits to go with the tea but we never got them Also when we was sleeping we was woken up numerous times with the staff that kept going in and out of the staff room which kept waking us up, the staff rooms should be situated somewhere else to stop waking up the customers The night before we stopped at the hendon hall hotel absolutely briliant 5 stars I rate it, briliant service, wifi and breakfast came with the package and the breakfast was delicious, the staff even carried our luggage to our rooms, hendon hall hotel is unique in itself where premier in is modern but really just standard All in all it wasn't our best hotel experience
