This is a hotel for Heathrow travellers, NOT London travellers, if you know what I mean. In and out of Heathrow. If planning to stay in London to see the city for a few days, this is a poor choice due to the excessive amount of time required to get to the city center. |

The staff were well organised, efficient and friendly. They understand the needs of people staying at an airport hotel - no hassles on check-in - a clean, comfortable place for a quick stopover with good options for food if you need it. Great value breakfast |

It was convenient for the airport, and the breakfast was ok Service in the restaurant was very bad and slow; finding the hotel was a bit difficult. Staff level of English was poor. |

staff were friendly. reasonable costs for comfortable, clean accomodation. car parking charges for a friend who visited me during stay - do not agree that a visitor should have to pay again as I had already paid to park for my stay |

staff is alright facilities, the airconditioning is terrible noise. There are some dust on the top of the bed frame. Even though the window is closed, it is still noisy. |
