The staff were well organised, efficient and friendly. They understand the needs of people staying at an airport hotel - no hassles on check-in - a clean, comfortable place for a quick stopover with good options for food if you need it. Great value breakfast |

It was convenient for the airport, and the breakfast was ok Service in the restaurant was very bad and slow; finding the hotel was a bit difficult. Staff level of English was poor. |

staff were friendly. reasonable costs for comfortable, clean accomodation. car parking charges for a friend who visited me during stay - do not agree that a visitor should have to pay again as I had already paid to park for my stay |

staff is alright facilities, the airconditioning is terrible noise. There are some dust on the top of the bed frame. Even though the window is closed, it is still noisy. |

i liked the general atmoshpere of the hotel and the staff were quite helpful why was there no toothpaste and body lotion in the bathroom? |

Lovely hotel, would definitely recommend it and stay there again. The room was spacious and clean and the staff were very friendly. Paying for car parking as it does not seem necessary given the location. There was a great range of items for breakfast, but the english breakfast was cold. However, the waiter did wasrm it up for us. |
