Location good, just off motorway. Plenty parking space. Excellent reception staff (Kelly). Rooms spacious & comfortable. Breakfast good with plenty choice. Bar / Restaurant prices bit high, probably why it was empty. |

Overall my stay was very pleasant. The reason was a reunion with 24 other people. We all came back to the Hotel at 2200 hrs to be informed the bar was closing at 2245.by the night duty manager. At this time with other guests there was 30 plus people.A good way of making money and profit |

I should have booked what supposed to be a family room for two adults and two children. I was surprised to know that they have no such facilty in the hotel. I just found that is a kind of disguising people as I had ta have both of my childrn sleeping on the sofa. |

Helpfulness of staff, comfort of room and good value for money in terms of room and breakfast. As I was a solo traveller on business (female) I found it a little intimidating eating an evening meal in the restaurant/bar on my own and so I went out to get food to eat in my room. It would be a good idea to perhaps introduce an offering of food that you could order at the bar and take to your room to eat. |

Although this hotel was not exactly pleasing on the eye we were pleasantly surprised as we walked into the reception. The staff were so friendly & helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The Bar & Restaurant were fantastic as was the food! The whole hotel was very clean and i would not hesitate to stay there again. By far the best Premier Inn i have stayed at in Britain! |

I liked the friendliness of the staff particularly the receptionist. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the lounge/restaurant and bar area were pleasant and of a high standard given the price of the accommodation. The rooms were on the smally size and the ice cream machine was not working. |

Friendliness of the catering staff. The fact that we were unprepared for the fact that we were unabel to pay for the booking with cash and further more the fact that to pay by cash you needed to provide id in the form of a passport or driving licence/ utillaty bill. We are not regular hotel users and this cam as a shock to us.The receptionist was unable to explaine the rationale for this |

Hotel easy to find, comunal areas clean and interesting, room comfortable and clean. Staff helpful. I booked a family room and although it was clear that the two children would be sharing a bed, actually a single bed was too small. My 15 year old is 6ft tall and my 12 year old 5ft. I was forced to pay for a second room so not a cheap option. |

Spacious corridors and grounds For a family room which can include two children the bed was not fit for purpose if the children were older than 5. Include beds that have a further pull-out for the 4th person like Travelodge family rooms. Apart from basic breakfast menu no other information about restuarant or its timings in room. This would be helpful |

I used this hotel whilst working in Leicester. It is clean with plenty of car parking. The staff were friendly and willing to help. Town isn't far away for a good curry. The bar lacks some atmosphere. The area the hotel is situated in is a little run down. The plumbing in my room was bad with the hot tap spitting and the plug not working. The radiators kept me awake by gurgling. |
