Staff very helpful and friendly Location ideal for our need to be close to Grace Road cricket ground with parking as well as convenient for city centre and M1 Food very nice- breakfast and one evening meal. Room was a little small and crowded for a 3 night stay. Would have been ok for 1 night.

Friendly and helpful staff Hotel was clean Peaceful night's sleep! Nice food Plenty of parking space The location isn't brilliant if you want views, but I was aware of this already. Although it is near to a busy road junction, the hotel was remarkably quiet. Tv in room 233 could have been a bit more up to date! Not sure what happened to Costa - it looks like it has closed.

Everything was fine when I did eventually arrive. The fact its location is advertised as "Fosse Park" but it's actually on the Narborough Road. I spent a good half an hour lost around the retail park. This was at 9pm after a long drive in the rain....not best pleased.

Convenient location for the motorway, Sufficient space for a family of 4. Super breakfasts. Excellent overall value for money. The noise at night. A fracas in the corridor at 2:00 am was eventually resolved with people being ejected from the hotel but it did disturb our sleep. Evenings meals were only just ok.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was also very good. You lived up to your promise about guaranteeing a good night's sleep. Wasn't aware of any "facilities" either in the hotel or in the neighbourhood / city. Long walk from the car park to reception

We liked the warm welcome on our arrival after a long trip from Cornwall, the cleanliness of the room, the cot was spotless and the bedding fresh and white.Parking easy, appreciated the easy replenishment of coffee etc. The restaurant food was great esp. food for children and the staff were lovely efficient and friendly. Sometimes room a little chilly but we were warm and cosy in bed.

The facilites The innacurate description, my room was said to be a double but had 2 single beds. Also said I would have a flat screen tv but ended with a box tv. Hot water ran out in the shower after about 6 minutes and was eating breakfast in the morning ( not included in the price) but was constantly annoyed by a waitress asking about her mobile phone upgrade, during mouthfuls of food. Very poor

Mick greeted us very warmly, I was really impressed by his personal welcome We reported a light not working in our room, we were told it would be seen to but it wasn't However we did go out for the evening so maybe someone came and couldn't get into the room.
