No phone in the room
I was cold.
Friendly staff, nice room
Shower not working. Did not tell the hotel staff until we checked out as it was late at night when we discovered the fault. Perhaps room cleaners should routinely check that the plumbing works.
The breakfast was delicious with good choice
The long walk to our room ( rm 108) Lots of long corridor No extractor fan in bathroom
Staff were very welcoming and nice, nice double room, very presentable and spacious as well. Nice bath room of modern standard.
The only Issue i had was with the bed. It was two single beds in double room which is not my ideal bed and also the bed makes a little nice. But overall nice place to stay
Very near to shopping area and motorway
Walls are so thin
-friendliness of the staff -helpfullness of staff
-no phone in room. -heater inconsistancy -unable to charge meals to room
Like to stay here.
Paid more than we were told but having a tired 5 year old in my arms, I could not be bothered to argue.
Like the Premier Inn good night guarantee, & apart from the other guests I couldn't fault it.
Mainly blue collar workers staying here, which is fine but seemed to assume I was an easy target to their affection - very uncomfortable sitting on my own to say the least!
Location of Hotel.
Hotel undergoing refurbishment. Room smelled of Paint, corridors filthy. Corridor from my room blocked by barriers meaning i had to go up a floor walk the whole length of the hotel then down a floor just to check out which was a problem as i have a minor disability.
Didn't have breakfast but was given 2 camamoile tea bags FOC - much appreciated
Clean and great location
Bed was uncomfy . Could feel springs
Staff were very helpful
the heating is not very good in the bedroom so had to wear extra layers in bed. Also about time Premier Inns provided decent hairdryers. Would be good if they could include and identify more gluten free options on their menu.
Location suited us well. Comfortable and convenient. Good price. Nice breakfast.
Checking in at 1pm, I wasn't given the option of choosing which room I wanted. Window vents couldn't be closed, so noise from facing motorway junction can be heard from midnight to 7am and this was in their "Quiet" section of the hotel. Thermostat clicked whenever room temp was needed to be raised - at winter time, this click occurred every 10 minutes, just raising the temp to 23'c. Hot food was overly greasy, the mushrooms especially. The mattress was Hypnos brand, claiming 1000 springs yet felt like 100 since it sagged and rocked as my (very light) partner shifted position throughout the night. Re-decorating ground floor of Quiet section and paint fumes could be smelt in the corridor above.
Great staff, comfortable, nice location with easy access to city
paying for wifi. Sooo old fashioned, to me this illustrates a business which tends to put profit before the client experience, and those that think outside the box will make free wifi 24/7 a priority for every single site. Your brand deserves this selling point no?
It was fully booked so really busy but the staff still had time to help us with directions and give us top tips about the timing of breakfast !!
Should have pre warned us about decorating in progress ....
meal deal and Breakfast were good. Rooms were quite. Staff were very helpful and polite.
wifi would not work
Very friendly staff, very tasty pie in the restaurant. Loved the buy one get one free at the bar
Everything about the hotel, room, service, car park, bar, breakfast was great.
It's nice that you always know what to expect and that is always good.
Wifi should be free. It's there anyway so it doesn't seem fair to charge by the hour.
We liked the reception staff and breakfast staff
A few housekeeping staff as One of them were rude n quite abrupt when I requested to have a bin emptied. Also when calling two house keeping staff they tried to ignore n walk off until I actually had to talk louder. They definitely heard me but I think it was the end of their shift as they were ready to run off so they didn't have to do anything more. The breakfast hash browns tasted three days old as they were hard n the veggie sausages were not cooked. This was the first time I booked with permier inn and I do not think I will be booking again in April after this experience. I have three occasions on April and this was the closest but I rather try another hotel after this. On a positive The reception staff were wonderful
The staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough to make us feel really welcome and the rooms were really clean and beds were very very comfy
