Nice comfortable room and staff were welcoming.
Had to,ask for a change of towels as they were dirty, the breakfast although under hot lamps was cold
Water from shower on warm - not hot.
Staff lovely, very friendly and extremely helpful. Happy to give advice on transport, quickest routes and nearest tubes/bus stops and places to visit. I would like to recommend both Sheleen and Sharna who were particularly helpful, polite and friendly with a wonderful attitude towards their job. I hope Sharna got the tip we left her when we had dinner in the restaurant on the second night of our stay. Food choice admirable in the restaurant, cooked fresh and delicious, well done to the chef! My husband enjoyed the crumpets for breakfast and having a teapot and fresh milk to go with the tea. Superb selection of breakfast items.
Cold plates for the cooked breakfast on New Years a Day.
The willingness of the staff to rectify the issue.
The booking error. I booked a 2-Adult + 2-Kids room but Premier Inn only got a Single room booking.
Thought Kirton was a happy helpful and friendly staff member
the hotel was good because of the parking and proximity to the Motorways. The room was big and the bed was better than ok but a little bit noisy when moving about.
there was no fridge in the room which would have made things a little easier. The sound-proofing was not great and planes left Heathrow from before 5 am. not great if you like to sleep in.
Nice staff great breakfast
Beds for children very uncomfortable .
Staff was very unfriendly. Starting form check inn ( we had to wait 5 min, with small children untill the lady finished privet phone call), untill check out, we asked the receptionist (Stacye or simmilar) for late check out ( one hour late) - NO ! ( she speak only english). Moreover very unfriendly, even when we leave the luggage at the desk.. Now i know why this Premier Inn had the lowest rate on booking.
The atmosphere is extremely pleasant. The location is out of the hustle and bustle of the center of London yet the center is still easily accessible. Staff are very knowledgeable and eager to please.
I have nothing negative to say at the moment.
Lovely staff. Very helpful.
Hotel is undergoing refurbishment. Which is good as the carpets look a little tired. The refurbishment did not affect the room where we were staying.
Bit of a wait to check in
Everything - my family and I are your biggest fans
Breakfast and the staff
There was no toothpaste, toothbrushes etc.
my meal was very poor but the waitress was good and ensured that alternatives were offered and the bill was waivered.
All I needed for a one night stay close to where I needed to be in the morning. Evening meal and breakfast on site.
Non-English needed more language training.
Good location, room and breakfast. Very helpful staff.
It would be good if there were more car park spaces under the building.
Great position. Helpful staff
Nothing really except parking arrangements a bit baffling
clean rooms comfortable beds
had to wait in line to get breakfast and on getting to self service there was no food left was told we would have to wait at least 10 mins for more food . not enough staff on duty staff on reception serving on bar when they could so had to wait for service
Bar, Breakfast, Rooms were good as per expected
Staff booking us in were terrible, immediate area not too great!
Convenience of hotel for central London as on a good bus route.
No phones in room, couldn't put bar drinks on room. The heating system was bad, toilet did not flush easily and for the price we paid it should have included the car park fee.
The location wasn't to bad for us.
We asked for a cot in one of the rooms when we booked but had to ask again when we got there. My mum asked for a room next to mine she got 9 doors down then she got moved into another room which smell like drains so she got moved upstairs and finally she got a room across from mine. My 60 year old mother got moved 4 times and we were only there for two nights. I know there was work being done on the hotel which was fine and the noise was fine but the cost of the hotel for the condition that we had to stay in was definitely over priced.
The disabled car-parking spaces under the hotel are difficult to drive into and the door from the undercroft into the hotel needs widening. The lift is also slow and difficult to use.
Friendly staff, comfortable bed, a quiet room as we requested. Able to open the window.
Housekeeping took away the used towels and didn't leave enough clean ones, meant a trip to reception as there is no phone in the room.
The room was big and clean.
Did not have telephones in the rooms. Difficult to call room to room or outside numbers. The waiting time for the food to be served in the restaurant was too long.
