The hotel was clean, reasonably cheap for the location. The rooms were basic but functional There was quite a distance from the hotel to the tube station. The busses ran frequently but seemed alwaysnto be very busy.

The location - we were going to a party at a local pub. The heater in the bedroom sounded like a helicopter taking off, but we had to have it on in the early hours of the morning because it was cold. Also, the coffee at breakfast was awful - and I had to keep asking for things that had run out.

The hotel was clean and tidy and provided all the basics at a very good price. The hotel was a bit removed from anything and unless you were doing something in the immediate vicinity, a bit removed

Classic Premier Inn, you know exactly what you are going to get. The breakfast was very good value rooms clean and well looked after. Sufficient staff, which is good in the current climate overall a good experience would reccommend to any one. Not sure about the parking situation, the Premier Inn charge £7.50 per night but if you use the pay and display part of the carpark under the it will cost you £5.00 for the whole of the weekend?

My husband and I were very impressed with the cleanliness of our room and the cleanliness of the entire premises. Our beds were extremely comfortable aswell. All the staff that we spoke to were very friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our premier breakfast which was outstanding value for money and was 1st class in our opinion. We would definitely stay again at a Premier Inn and will recommend them to our friends and relatives (some of whom we already have)! We stayed at the High Street, Brentford near to Kew Bridge because we were visiting friends on Christmas Day and Boxing Day and the location was perfect for us there. Also the car parking was most beneficial as we felt our car was very safe. To be perfectly truthful there was nothing that we didn't like at the Premier Inn London Kew. We were very nicely surprised and if all the other Premier Inns are like the one we stayed at in Kew, with similar prices as to what we paid, then Premier Inns will be a most popular hotel which will be a huge success.

The no nonsense but comfortable rooms, superb beds, friendly staff. For those who don't want a full breakfast there exists a "grab and go" breakfast (both not included). But the staff, althought very friendly act as if they have never heard about it. But I must say: they have good memory because the second morning we were recognized as "grab and go-ers".

Conveniently located and adequate off-road parking I didn't like the design of the bath/shower. It had a very small non- slip area, in fact I ended up doing a somersault as it was so slippery- needs to be addressed also the rear patio area should be open later to allow smokers to stand there and not loiter in front of the hotel which is unsightly and does not do much for the image of the hotel

“On arrival, we were upgraded to an executive room which was a pleasant surprise. The bathroom was exceptionally well laid out - there is never enough space to put things in hotel bathrooms but this one had plenty of space. The bed was very comfortable and the room was immaculately clean. The staff member who checked us in could not have been more respectful and polite.” Joanne, Cambridge |
