It's very quiet and comfortable and the breakfasts are excellent. There aren't enough parking spots. |

The staff were courteous and immediately supplied us with a missing set of bath towels. The food was adequate and reasonably tasty. The room and bed were ideal for our purposes. Perhaps directions to the hotel could be clearer on your website. I did not appreciate having to find an unexpected £7.50 to park my car. |

Great to be able to park at the hotel. Food in the restaurant was surprisingly good. Requested a quiet room when booking - did not get one. Room incredibly hot and free standing AC too noisy to run whilst trying to work, sleep or watch TV |

The staff are so helpful, they couldn't have done more to make our stay more comfortable, very kind and with fantastic people skills. Our TV channels were mixed up and we only had terrestrial TV. Not a huge issue but it wasn't possible to fix it during our stay. |

The ease of getting into central London. We went to the JPT final at Wembley and liked the location. I also used to work in Hounslow and used to pass this hotel daily. |

Friendly staff. Nice breakfast (not included in the price of the room). I had dinner once: tasty and interesting for the price (18 pounds for a tomato soup, chicken tikka masala (Indian), fried onions, nam bread and a large beer). It's a hotel located around 13 miles from Heathrow airport...and you can (easily) hear the planes approaching the landing ground. This is the only thing I didn't appreciate. |

Very clean, peaceful and convenient for acheiving the purpose of our visit to London. Parking a definite bonus. Very helpful in ordering you a taxi, but only seemed keen to book you a minicab, therefore no meter! |

Lovely big room with a comfortable bed. Good choice of foods at breakfast and very good value considering you can eat as much as you like. Breakfast room a little crushed. Tables for 2 did not have a lot of room. |

The bar was convenient (no restaurant so went next door to pub). Disappointed with the appalling and expensive yfi computer service provided by Spectrum and inability of staff to resolve this. Car parking and breakfast expensive. This is also Brentford not Kew! |

Large room, clean A bit dark - light needed to be on during day. Maybe decoration could be a little more neutral to brighten things up. |

good value, clean, comfortable. Friendly staff. I was very put out to be telephoned a month earlier to be told I owed for a "no show". My reservation was incorrectly booked for 24-26 August instead of September. I did not receive and apology. |

Perhaps the most central hotel in London, located in the heart of the West End at the foot of Oxford Street with the whole of London on your doorstep. |
The modern, art-filled Cumberland is perfect for Oxford Street, Marble Arch and Hyde Park, and has 2 Gary Rhodes restaurants. Feel inspired, relaxed, impressed and well looked after. |
The clean, modern, superior 2-star Leisure Inn Hotel is in a historic Victorian-style building. Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, the Royal Albert Hall and V&A Museum are a short walk away. |
In the heart of London, in the capital’s West End, this stylish and contemporary 4-star hotel is just a few hundred metres from St Pancras International, London’s Eurostar terminal. |
