Very good,
Score from 357 reviews
“ The staff was amazing helping us with everything from how to use the bus system to finding some hot soup when we got colds. Our room was always cleaned perfectly and anything we needed was provided. Further, we wanted to be a good walking distance from Richmond Hill so we could continue to get exercise through walking. This was a perfect location and we will definitely stay here again. ”

Staff. Location. After a long day I was hoping for a nice bed. The room was situated over what I assume was the bar terrace and even with the glazing the noise kept me awake. The bed has to have been the most uncomfortable bed I have ever tried to sleep in.

Its Location Shared Car Park with others with only a few spaces for Premier Inn, we arrived about 23:00hrs and all of the hotel spaces were taken, so parked in the next available one; this resulted in a £60 fine. None of the hotel staff mentioned that this could happen.

It was clean, comfortable and secure. It was value for money with very helpful and friendly staff. My children were well catered for and enjoyed watching telly in bed! One member of staff in the restaurant was not as professional or helpful as the others - we think he was new to the job.

Convenience, proximity to motorways, quietness in Room 6, friendliness & helpful staff, bed comfortable. That parking was extremely restricted & then very expensive @ £7.50 simply for overnight/one instance stay rather than 24hrs !! My room, on the ground floor, was booked as suitable for a disabled person, yet, tho' there were grab rails, the shower was in the very large deep bath & the bed was extremely low ! The extractor fan in the bathroom did not work.

Helpful Reception Staff Disappointing stay as : - 1 - Hairdryer did not work in room 2 - Shower surface slippery and no non-slip mat/surface provided or hand rails to help get in / out bath for shower 3 - hot breakfast was in fact cold Therefore room of £107. expensive to say the least !

ALL the staff were very friendly and helpful and really could not be faulted in anyway. The room was clean and comfortable and perfectly placed for our visit to Kew. Breakfast was very good and we also had a very good evening meal, both in quality and value. If we were visiting this area again we would stay here. Nothing I can think of.

The hotel was excellent value for money with a good all you can eat breakfast with kids eating free and very reasonable car parking rates The location was a little way out of London with a journey by train to Waterloo before you could connect to the underground but still only took 1/2 door to door if you time the trains right. Also I have stayed in Richmond many times and this location is not Richmond but Brentford, which was misleading.

Staff were some of the friendliest of any chain I've stayed in, and the room was spotless. It was great to see a different part of London, and while this wasn't a negative for me, other visitors should be aware that the hotel is half an hour walk from the nearest tube. Room was cold when we came in, but heaters provided.

The location I always find very suitable for traveling into London, and the accommodation ticks all the boxes. Very tight parking bays.
