I thought the hotel would be a bit nearer Kew Gardens (walking distance). However there was a very easy bus trip to get there. It would be possible to walk but we would rather do our walking at the gardens rather than to get there in the first place.

The receptionist was extremely helpful. The bar staff were courteous and knowledgeable.

Location. Front desk staff helpful, especially Bernice. Dining staff English- challenged. Maintenance and cleaning staff unsatisfactory.

Dark dark dark!!!!!!! I was given a ground floor room so the curtains had to be drawn - no privacy. The bedside lights were about 5 watts, so it was impossible to read in bed. The only place where you could read was at the desk area, but the chair there was horribly uncomfortable. On the second day I was there the cleaning staff forgot to leave any towels, so I had to go to the front desk to get them. There are no clocks in the rooms. When I arrived the telephone did not work. I missed two calls over a two day period before the phone was replaced - I asked that they just change out the instruments, but they claimed it was more complicated than that - then they changed out the instrument and it worked (although with a ground which resulted in a loud buzzing noice). Next time I will stay at the nearby TravelLodge - it is worth the additional cost to avoid these problems.

We checked out after breakfast finished however the front desk and kitchen provide us with crossiants juice and fruit with their compliments which was very welcome and a great touch. Impressive bed and clean room. Well done!

I couldn't find fault with the hotel at all. At £52 for a double room it was exceptional value for money. Big room, huge bed and a decent bathroom. The hotel staff were probably as friendly and courteous as any hotel staff I've ever met and significantly nicer than many I've met in much posher and expensive hotels!

I have liked the most the friendly way of the staff.

I didn't like much the location is too far from the city center and it cost in time and money to travel to the places of your interest as a tourist.

Great service and friendly staff. Breakfast very good value and just what was needed after a previous full day at a Wedding. Good value for money at £62 per room. Would definately recommend and use Premier again. Thank you for making our stay so easy

Breakfast price was a little high, parking was poor and pricing confusing

The proximity to my office was extremely convenient and the front desk staff were very friendly and efficient.

The bed sheets were not cleaned frequently enough. We had no option but to sleep in a bed with bloodied sheets for three days! The wc cistern flush was very inconsistent resulting in some minor embarrassment. There is insufficient parking for hotel guests. Our stay was marred by an unfortunate wheel clamping experience negating any financial benefit of choosing Premier Inn ahead of its competitors. We were woken at 2am then again at 4am by drunken revellers.
