Extremely helpful staff
Room was too hot, but air conditioning unit was very noisy
The usual Premier Inn standard plus good location and friendly staff
Parking expensive and limited availability
Welcoming staff and lovely breakfast
The matresses were a bit hard
Staff were friendly especially lady on front desk who was also helpfull regarding local restaurants etc
only downside for me was the single beds provided for the children which were very uncomfortable
The location is perfect. Very near kew garden. We need to get no.65 bus to go to kew garden (5-10 mins by bus) and the bus stop literally only 1 min walk from the hotel.
Staff very helpful, restaurant was amazing, beds very comfy
Very hard criticize but Cleanliness just needed a bit of work, babies high chair was dirty but we always wipe them down ourselves. Other than that it was great
The bed was very comfortable
The staff were inexperienced, some had poor customer service skills. They were unprepared to deal with the amount of people that booked, there were errors with bookings as told by other people staying. The dining area did not had enough space to facilitate the amount of people, the wait was long for table/meals. Two staff members were very apologetic and tried to put things right. Would recommend further training. One evening there was a long strand of hair found in my daughters dessert. There were unfortunately more negatives than positives!
We wanted a place near Kew Gardens and the London Museum of Water and Steam -- attractions we wanted to visit. This location is very convenient to both places. Highlights here were the generous size of room and bathroom, 24-hour desk, easy and secure luggage storage before checkin and after checkout. Nice facility - clean, bright, pleasantly decorated. Breakfast was buffet style and was good.
The bed was a bit firm for our tastes; others might like it better.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bus station is right in front of hotel. Excellent location. We will definitely stay in this hotel next time
The locations was ideal for us (a direct bus ride from Twickenham) and the facilities top class - lovely big room, super king size bed, clean and quiet. There are great pubs and restaurants within a few paces too.
Nothing, all good.
have already booked a return visit. the location suits us, we can go into the centre easily by bus or train, there is a local supermarket to get packed lunch. Plenty of places to go within walking distance.
Our weekend was a hot one. The aircon in the room was not working sufficiently and did not keep us cool at all, the room was stifling and uncomfortable. We were told that they were being refurbished and that this was to be looked at.
Stacy at the recetiondesk was excellent, friendly and approachable even when dealing with hot frustrated customers ( heat wave in July) She was a real credit to the staff Breakfast was excellent
Bathroom and 'Quiet' area
a/c cannot keep the room cool.
Cost Breakfast (pre ordered) Supermarket 100 meters away Direct Train from Waterloo Good Bus Service to Underground
No Fridge in Room
The staff were lovely, very friendly and understanding, the bar area was cool and welcoming. The room staff were very pleasant and helpful. The food was substantial and really tasty
\oh the heat ....I know the weather cannot be controlled The bar area was really cool but once on the corridor and the rooms it was like walking into the tropics. My air con was making a very loud noise which i reported to reception, housekeeping was informed but no one came. The fan just moved the hot air around. Once the air con situation is rectified there will be full marks with no complaints..
Room very good service great and the breakfast choice was very good at a reasonable price
The size of the rooms and the food.
We had a child with autism and he had a meltdown due to the breakfast staff complaining about our booking all through our breakfast and he didn't eat all day as he was panicking about me being changed extra. The other staff had already sorted it as it was an error from booking.com. The other lady's a breakfast gave us a bag of muffins to tKe away to try and get him to eat.
24hour reception, room size, food provision
Temperature of room, too hot Parking limited
We felt as if the hotel matched the more expensive ones. I liked that the staff were extremely helpful and polite. The chef and breakfast staff were wonderful to chat too. Cleanliness was of a high standard. Reception were brilliant also. Our purpose was to visit Kew Gardens and the bus pulls up right in front of hotel, 10 min journey and we were dropped right outside Kew. We will definitely book this Premier Inn again. Breakfast was high quality. Thank you.
Typical value for money stay in a Premer Inn. Clean comfortable good sized room, good wifi connection and a good selection for breakfast. Within walking distance of Kew Gardens, a railway station with a good regular service into London and an easy early morning drive to LHR. And a good pub just round the corner !!!!
Lack of air-con, lift, parking, menu, garden area
The rooms and hotel were very clean and well equipped. The rooms are spacious as are the beds. The latter very comfortable as well. The staff were very courteous and helpful at all times. Excellent value for money.
The only downside was the heat. Outside of the foyer/reception area the whole hotel was very hot. Even worse, the air conditioning in our room was not working. A fan was provided but this just stirred the hot air around and the windows could not be opened very far. After two nights of no sleep and returning on the third to even higher temperatures the receptionist was able to give us the room next door so we moved all our belongings at 11 pm! The air conditioning unit worked but was incredibly noisy so more disturbed sleep. All this was a real shame as if visiting in cooler weather I would have been very happy with the hotel.
comfortable bed, excellent breakfast and pleasant, helpful staff. Very convenient for Kew gardens.
It was very hot in London( 30*c,26*c at night ) and the cooling system in the room really didn't cope, making it difficult to settle into sound sleep.
