great quality rooms (much better then the competitor chain I usually use )
this partictular hotel was too noisy as is on the heathrow flight path
Location is okay. Booked meal deal( evening & breakfast) . Very recommend. Room was clean and spacious.
Bed wasn't that comfy.
The room was at the rear of the building and was quiet. There was an air conditioning unit and also a fan for the warm weather. The room was clean and the bed comfortable
The restaurant service was a bit haphazard, but we were not in a hurry.
Location is great. Some fantastic restaurants nearby. Enjoyed great stay
Stay was relaxing.
I have to say my wife and I stayed over a long weekend and I have to say I have stayed at hotels all over the world and the service we received here was second to none. Right from the start to the end the staff could have not been more helpful. The breakfast and room was great also. We will definitely go back there. The staff should get a pat on the back for their efforts.
Nothing to dislike.
Easy to find with reasonable parking, clean rooms ANC helpful staff.
Hotel quite warm, even with air con and fan on full in room - even at beginning of September!
Good kingsize bed, good size room, great breakfast.
Not enough parking spaces in the onsite car park for size of hotel. Was not told this when I telephoned and asked specifically about parking! Had to park in adjacent shopping centre carpark. Thought this was poor. Lift to ascend did not work! Room was very stuffy. There was not much choice of complimentary drinks in the room. Just Tea/coffee.
The helpfulness of the front desk and restaurant staff and credit for a poor night's sleep.
The fact that we were given a substandard room in the first place, with broken airconditioning, a noisy replacement fan and no extraction in the bathroom. Offering such a room has dented our view of the image and quality of Premier Inn. We understand refurbishment is planned - watch this space because the staff were very good
Good breakfast choices.
Quite a walk to Kew Gardens
Extremely helpful staff
Room was too hot, but air conditioning unit was very noisy
The usual Premier Inn standard plus good location and friendly staff
Parking expensive and limited availability
Welcoming staff and lovely breakfast
The matresses were a bit hard
Staff were friendly especially lady on front desk who was also helpfull regarding local restaurants etc
only downside for me was the single beds provided for the children which were very uncomfortable
The location is perfect. Very near kew garden. We need to get no.65 bus to go to kew garden (5-10 mins by bus) and the bus stop literally only 1 min walk from the hotel.
Staff very helpful, restaurant was amazing, beds very comfy
Very hard criticize but Cleanliness just needed a bit of work, babies high chair was dirty but we always wipe them down ourselves. Other than that it was great
The bed was very comfortable
The staff were inexperienced, some had poor customer service skills. They were unprepared to deal with the amount of people that booked, there were errors with bookings as told by other people staying. The dining area did not had enough space to facilitate the amount of people, the wait was long for table/meals. Two staff members were very apologetic and tried to put things right. Would recommend further training. One evening there was a long strand of hair found in my daughters dessert. There were unfortunately more negatives than positives!
Staff were friendly yet had to fix a lot of underlining issues. Breakfast menu is decent
The location is quite far from any amenities (local shops etc) NO FREE WIFI Small amount of parking (around 20-25 spaces) which again is also quite expensive Lift from the carpark is quite slow (for baggage) No baggage trolly's available The first room given was a disaster, someone vomited in the carpet earlier and the stench was overwhelming. Moved to another room. 2nd Room - Horrible noise from the AC - was switched to another room with NO AC - sweltering hot conditions which we could not sleep. 3rd and 4th room had similar AC noise issues while there were NO phones in any room to contact the reception nor our other friends. *We were moved to another Premier Inn due to our unsatisfactory stay for 5 days (05/08/2014). This hotel at the point in time is under renovation with certain rooms being blocked off or reconditioned. We were moved to Premier Inn in Richmond where we were told to MOVE again which was unsatisfactory. This will be handled with a case henceforth.
Friendly and helpful staff proximity to places of interest for us.
The bed was a bit hard for my taste. Also struggled with the towel washing 'system' - even when left towels to be reused they were replaced by a fresh set.
Staff were friendly.
Took an hour and a half from when we sat down to when we received our starters. With 3 small children this was very annoying. Two members of staff were serving us with not much communication between them. Both staff members kept asking us the same questions.
We wanted a place near Kew Gardens and the London Museum of Water and Steam -- attractions we wanted to visit. This location is very convenient to both places. Highlights here were the generous size of room and bathroom, 24-hour desk, easy and secure luggage storage before checkin and after checkout. Nice facility - clean, bright, pleasantly decorated. Breakfast was buffet style and was good.
The bed was a bit firm for our tastes; others might like it better.
Really efficient staff, very friendly.
This is the second time I've stayed in this hotel and both times I've ended up covered in bed bug bites. Such a shame for a nice hotel.
Clean, comfortable & a good nights sleep. Very happy to be able to leave my car in the car park the next day.
Poor service at the bar and restaurant. They were under staffed this night but they should have warned us when seating us. We actually left and went to a restaurant down the road, got served and returned before other customers had finished their meal at the Premier Inn.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bus station is right in front of hotel. Excellent location. We will definitely stay in this hotel next time
The locations was ideal for us (a direct bus ride from Twickenham) and the facilities top class - lovely big room, super king size bed, clean and quiet. There are great pubs and restaurants within a few paces too.
Nothing, all good.
