Premier Inn Peterborough (A1(M)J16)  

It was convenient and we knew what to expect for the price.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast. The hotel had a nice atmosphere. As a woman traveller everyone was so helpful, ie carrying my heavy suitcase down the stairs etc.

The mattress was too hard and meant I didnt have a brilliant night sleep.

Wonderful staff and great food.

Room was good. Best of all was the breakfast which was excellent. It made up for the rooms minor inconvenience. Staff were very helpful especial the lady in the breakfast room.

However, the central heating did not work. Fan heaters provided were adequate.

Excellent staff on reception. Natalie went the extra mile to meet and greet, she could not have been more helpful and friendly. A very clean and nicely decorated room. Fabulous dinner in terms of quality and value, I will make a point of staying here again when in the area.

The walls are quite thin as you can hear people moving around earlier than I wanted to be awake.

I thought the hotel represented excellent value. The room was clean, food was good and the staff, though very young, were great.

The food was good, Claire (member of staff) was very friendly.

The rooms were too hot, having then to leave windows open & listen to traffic all night! The mattresses are way too hard !

The staff who were warm, welcoming and very professional and a credit to the Premier Inn recruitment policy. The cleanliness of the hotel and our room was good and the tea and drink making facilities were also good. The accessability and location to the A1M was excellent and being so easy to find was also a benefit. The full English breakfast was excellent.

Near enough to Peterborough to take a short drive to visit the city centre, but far enough away so as not be bothered by lots of noise. It was so peaceful, we could watch rabbits out of our bedroom window!

The only thing that bothered us was the constant banging of guests room doors(early morning, and late at night). But that is the fault of inconsiderate guests, not the Premier Inn.

Polite, friendly, helpful staff. Nice room, quiet at night.

Staff was helpful and friendly.English breakfast was excellent. Hotel room was facing the a1m but traffic noise was kept minimal thanks to the desgin of sliding doors at windows Also,noise outside hotel room was kept minimal thanks to the layout of hotel room door.
