Room was good. Best of all was the breakfast which was excellent. It made up for the rooms minor inconvenience. Staff were very helpful especial the lady in the breakfast room. However, the central heating did not work. Fan heaters provided were adequate.

For a budget hotel, the quality and service was excellent and on a par with hotels that are deemed a higher standard. I have since stayed in another Premier Inn and was equaly impressed with the quality of service. Nice Job!

Excellent staff on reception. Natalie went the extra mile to meet and greet, she could not have been more helpful and friendly. A very clean and nicely decorated room. Fabulous dinner in terms of quality and value, I will make a point of staying here again when in the area. The walls are quite thin as you can hear people moving around earlier than I wanted to be awake.

Staff very welcoming and helpful, breakfast very value and good. The hotel is located close to family who live in Stilton therefore ideal walking distance for us. We have booked for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The room was a family room as we thought one of our grandchildren would sleep in our room however the staff made two additional beds for the two boys to sleep with their parents, very helpful. Thank you The pillows shall take my own next time.

Location - adjacent to a1, ~ halfway between home & Gatwick. Staff - mostly friendly & helpful Meal deal Not signposted from local road - on first visit drove well past towards Peterborough before realising. Receptionist incompetent & unwelcoming. On arriving at reception , there was only one on duty, her eyes & fingers clued to a monitor, apparently attending to a gent already waiting. After several minutes, meanwhile intermittently muttering "No" at the screen, she rang a colleague, explained the problem, which colleague rapidly appeared & sorted said problem (& saying that other must have pressed wrong button - implying this may not have been the first instance of incompetence). Only then did receptionist turn & attend to us. It would have been so easy & polite to have earlier turned, smiled & said words to the effect of "Sorry to keep you waiting, I'll be with you as soon as I can", Why. Oh why do some people, given a little power, apparently choose to abuse such power by blatantly choosing to ignore the very people who are paying their wages & for whom they are employed to serve? Not a good first impression. After identifying ourselves & she had located pre-booking on her troublesome monitor, next question was "would you like breakfast?", When a liitle further examination of our booking would have shown that we were on an all inclusive basis, which she eventually kindly confirmed. Next question was "would you like to book dinner, as we are very busy tonight?" We were offered three time slots, of which we accepted one at 8.30 P.m, which she noted on her bookings sheet. At approx 8.25 P.M. we descended to dining room & were met with blank looks at the "Wait here to be seated" (or somesuch) sign, There was no record of having booked as it appeared that receptionist had not passed on notification - a yet further example of incompetence.

Inspite of location it was so quiet.Impressed by the quality and helpfullness of staff. One member of staff saw me struggling with a bag full of wedding clothes and she left where she was and what she was doing and helped up the steps to my room..in this day that is impressive. Also you bent the booking in rules to accommodate us,because of health issue my daughter neede to rest before going out again.Thank you.Our room was pristine, that's very important to me. I can't think of anything..it wasn't home it was just what it was advertised to be -a hotel.

I thought the hotel represented excellent value. The room was clean, food was good and the staff, though very young, were great.

Easy access and parking Reception staff on friday very helpful. Not so on the week-end very not interested in residents needs. wrong keys issued.to already occupied room three times . Broken tiles in bathroom, light fitting hanging off the room wall. poor and bland selection of food available during the day. very expensive too. Noisy room ,thin walls, If you want a good nights sleep stay somewhere else. Three rooms booked overall for my family we had to use one room to shower and change due to 2pm booking in time. Not good.

The staff who were warm, welcoming and very professional and a credit to the Premier Inn recruitment policy. The cleanliness of the hotel and our room was good and the tea and drink making facilities were also good. The accessability and location to the A1M was excellent and being so easy to find was also a benefit. The full English breakfast was excellent.

Near enough to Peterborough to take a short drive to visit the city centre, but far enough away so as not be bothered by lots of noise. It was so peaceful, we could watch rabbits out of our bedroom window! The only thing that bothered us was the constant banging of guests room doors(early morning, and late at night). But that is the fault of inconsiderate guests, not the Premier Inn.

Good value for money. Good breakfast. There's nothing nearby you can walk to so you'll need to have a car if you want to stay at this hotel.

Staff was friendly, rooms were comfy and clean and food was delicious, loved the breakfast! There were building works ongoing in the restaurant, not so much for dinner, but during breakfast, that was a bit unnerving.

Staff. Despite their poor logic regards the early arrival payment problem I booked 10 rooms and some of my guests arrived before me and couldn't get in their rooms without first paying. So lack of trust despite having my card details as security. This policy contradicts the policy of paying anyway after 1pm. Please re advise your staff. There is a contadiction here!
