Tidy Rooms and comfortable beds. Good breakfast To close to A1 (Traffic noise). Cleaners in room before we had checked out and whilst our luggage was still in room. |

Friendly, helpful staff. Single glazing on the bedroom window, covered in condensation due to cold weather. The room was quite cold also, but I dont mind that, others might not be happy though. |

The room at the Premier Inn was exactly as described and was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room was also quiet. The heating / AC was controllable easily in the room, so was great. The hotel had a bar, which was very casual and the friendly staff were also helpful. |

Everything we needed was in the room. The towels were big enough. Good, crispy-clean bathroom. TV was great. Relief to have windows that opened - hate stuffy hotel rooms. A couple of biscuits would have been nice in the morning. A bottle of water in the room would be a brilliant touch. |

On-site food facilities Yes, the shower was terrible, more a dribble than a shower. The toilet had a bad odour if the door was shut for some time. |

staff were fine, even helped sorting out problems with my wifi connection Not keen on having two bills, one for the rom and a seaprate credit card charge for the evening meal, even it it does save time on leaving the next day. |
