Visited Lakeside and Bluewater shopping centres for Christmas shopping. Poor breakfast facilities and food/drinks running out. |

Friendly staff. Handy location close to Lakeside Complex. Nice big bed. The building and the rooms are getting a bit " tired " but still acceptable. |

The breakfast and service and the room and bathroom where good. Although not sited in the best of areas it was great for us getting to where we had to go and the service and staff where very good. |

free parking, easy check in No Shower gel on arrival......went to bed without a shower as night staff could not be bothered. thanks to morning staff anyway! Really basic |

The rooms were warm and comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well apppointed. The only minor point was that the height of the shower was not adjustable. |

Room was good, Sheets spotless. Could not complain. Bar / Rest. Ok also You are Stranded here if you have no car. 5 minutes by car to closest life. If that suits this is great value for money |

Incredibly friendly, welcoming staff. Fantastic new restaurant and excellent breakfast and dinner, lovely new coffee machine. Good comfortable beds, clean, comfortable rooms. Room air conditioner was very noisy (needs repair), hallways stifling hot, bathrooms need upgrading preferably without baths but with large, walk-in showers as even invalid room has no wet room, you still need to climb into a low bath. Most people do not use a bath but crave a good shower. |

Although the builders were in the breakfast room, your male member of staff was excellent and welcoming, great breakfast, lots of choice, what a pleasant surprise, well done ! The only thing that spoiled my stay was more than likely out of your control, but an inconsiderate motorist revved his car up at 630 am which made for an uncomfortable early start to the day ! |

Close to shopping. Lack of food variety (breakfast). The service is very slow. Had to wait over 10 minutes for drinks to come (evening dinner) we finally ended up walking out and going to Burger King. Hotel does not have many additional features such as gym, suana, steam room, spa etc. |

On arriving at the hotel, after a busy day at Brands Hatch, the staff were excellent. Booking.com had only allocated 2 twin rooms - and we had booked 2 family rooms, and dispite the hotel being fully booked the reception were able to efficiently and clamly allocated us the correct rooms somehow! We were very pleased with the service, the room was comfortable and clean, and food was delicious with perfect attending service from the staff! Nothing we didn't like about the hotel and staff couldn't have been better (eve though clearly long hours and very busy! - brilliant!!) - and would highly recommend! Not so impressed with booking.com and incorrect allocation of rooms!!!! Was stated very clearly the number of people in each room required! |

Really smart clean place with massive comfy bed! As business overnight excellent. I would use again if driving to the south coast / ferry ports using the Dartford tunnel / bridge and needing a stop-over. Staff really helpful and friendly, and genuinely interested. |
