staff there are always friendly and as we often stay there due to the location they have got to know us.

we are usually given a room at the very end of corridor

Excellent staff, all very friendly and efficient. The whole of the Inn was beautifully clean and tidy and breakfast was lovely. The duty manager was so nice and helpful, he deserves a commendation.

The mattresses on the beds were far too hard/firm for me, I prefer a softer bed maybe because I have memory foam at home, but it would have been nice to have a more comfortable bed, however the staff did all they could to make the bed more comfortable by supplying a duvet as an under cover.

The young man on reception when I checked in at 1 50 pm was very nice,I had a problem in my room and he swapped it within minutes and brought a new key to me. the staff in the resteraunt at breakfast and dinner were very friendly and helpful. I would def go back there again.

The room was very warm even with the air con on.It was very noisy when we opened the window because of the location which I know you cant do anything about.

Convenient location for London

The tv in my room was old and not to the usual Premier Inn standard. The staff working in the restaurant at breakfast did not clean the table after people left they simply replaced the cutlery. Tables where crumb stricken and sticky

Nearly everything, the hotel suited my stay perfectly

A really minor niggle was that the card readers are getting old and it took a while to read the room card sometimes, but it really wasn't a problem.

friendly staff, quick to book in, room already for us and family, plenty of towels and bedding.

carpets a bit grubby, bit of noise outside from road.

We were travelling with a disabled teenage grandaughter and the staff were really helpful especially at breakfast.we will use premier inn often now.

Beds were very comfortable

Sink needs replacing cracked right the way through.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff were all exceptionally friendly . Very clean.

Reception staff is amazing, bar staff is amazing! Loved them all! The bed was very comfortable, 2 types of pillows (softer and firmer), absolute temperature control, bath in a bathroom

Would be nice to have a minibar in the room/little fridge and hot radiator in the bathroom.

The staff were really pleasant and helpful. Food was delicious.

Very clean and friendly - lovely breakfast

The room heating system was so warm - even when turned to low temp. was so unbearable during the night.

As with all Premier Inns, the room was spacious, clean and had a huge comfortable bed. I appreciated the restaurant being part of the hotel, rather than next door. I was told on arrival that there was an hour wait for restaurant but actually it was only 10 mins.

The M25 traffic could be a problem depending which room is used. Its disappointing not to have unlimited free wifi in Premier Inns. I would stay more often if they offered this.
