Really smart clean place with massive comfy bed! As business overnight excellent. I would use again if driving to the south coast / ferry ports using the Dartford tunnel / bridge and needing a stop-over. Staff really helpful and friendly, and genuinely interested. |

Staff were friendly, hotel was clean and meals reasonably priced and good quality 1) The hotel was hard to find as it is just beside a six lane roundabout and there are no signposts for the hotel entrance. 2) I had to complain as the housekeeping staff left our room door wedged open while we were out of our room and it was still like that when we returned at night. |

The staff were very friendly. The location was too remote for our liking (especially because we did not have a car. Also, the wi fi internet was expensive at 5 pounds an hour! |

It was warm clean room I have no complaints. When making my booking it would be less embrassing being questioned about your partner at the booking desk, if this information was available on the booking form. I understand the need to know details should there be a fire, but the booking form did not enable me to enter my partners detals. |

Hotel hat versucht einen höheren Preis zu verlangen (wegen Veranstaltung) und hat erst den bei booking.com gebuchten Preis akzeptiert, als ich meine Unterlagen vorzeigte, obwohl die Kopie vor ihnen lag. Da alle Raucher vor der Eingangstür standen (bis 2:00 Uhr früh), mein Zimmer fast direkt über dem Eingang lag und der Rauch und der Lärm durch mein offenes Fenster in mein Zimmer zog mußte ich bei |
