It was very hot, but warm day and on top floor so heat rises Other than that which was not their fault we lived it

I liked the fact the hotel were happy to meet all my needs or have alternative options. A discount was applied for parking two cars but not for full night. A smoking room was available on an early check in however a non smoking was available, I was able to review the room before I took the room due to a smoking room. Overall really happy.

There wasn't many hand towels in the kitchen area possible kitchen towels should be made available. However everything was perfect.

The location is excellent as it's next to train station. The size of room is big with sitting room, open kitchen and bed room. All home appliances and cooking equipment are provided. It's clean and new. I'm sure will stay in this hotel if I come to Manchester again.

The check-in and check-out time is not 24 hours.

The location was spot on, the Arndale shopping centre and selfridges, within in 5 mins walk. The printworks, which if u dinnae ken, is a big building wae loads o pubs and places to eat and a cinema was also 5 mins walk if that?? Also there was a bus terminal right across the street, which had access to nearly all of manchester and if it didnae, then they, were mare than happy to point u in the rite direction...braw

We got room 309, which faced into the back quiet street, which was barry, however in the morning when we went to shower, there was no hot water!!!! However after speaking to the nice camp guy at the reception, this man was spot on and quickly sorted us out with a room with working shower and then gave us the option of staying in the new room or have the old room back once/if the hot water was fixed?? But to save fannying about we just stayed in our new room 317, which was just as braw as the first room.....so no anything that spoiled oor holiday!!!

Need I say more I travelled quiet a bit n this is the first time I stayed in a service apartment n was not dissapointed everything abt yr apartment is superb wil definitely come back again rgds cheers merry xmas n a happy new year

Arrived late and had to ring the out-of-hours contact but they had someone there to let us in within 5 minutes. Apartment was brilliant - everything you could possibly need. Easy check out service. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Great location and secure underground car parking with easy access to reception. Spacious fully equipped apartment.

No soap in either soap dispenser. No sugar in the tea/coffee tray.

Good location good price great night out in Manchester

The location for Tiger Tiger (which is where our evening meal was) was ideal. The size of the rooms was great and the fact we had a lounge made the team building part of the night great. We are all home workers and only get together once a month. The fact we could park under the appts was great, all in one place, secure and reasonably priced. Fresh milk in the fridge would be nice instead of the other (even one pint would be a nice touch). One point I would suggest is have some twin bedded rooms/appartments and some of the "boys" would have preferred this to the doubles.

That we were unable to book twin beds. Need to mention when booking in that the key cards cancel if they are near a mobile phone as we had to have these reset a number of times.
