The price seemed too good to be true when I found it online. We were thrilled when we saw that the room was as beautiful as advertised. The location was really perfect...right in the heart of the shopping district of Manchester. It was nice to have all the space for our family of five. Staff were always very pleasant and helpful. Parking spaces were very tight, but manageable.

Helpful welcoming staff, comfortable room, reasonable price, handy location. The apartment seemed to be slightly overheated, although none of the heating appliances in the apartment were on. Otherwise, nothing.

Location, staff went out of their way to be helpful and welcoming Wardrobe door was broken and the inside of the shower door and tray were a disgrace, absolutely filthy. I feel that the price of the apartment is a tad expensive

great location for the MEN, Arndale etc. On site secure parking definitely worth using and reasonably priced. 2 bed apartment had everything you needed for either an overnight or weekly stay; was comfortable and clean although some small areas needed a touch of paint etc, and that can soon be sorted out. would stay here again and definitely recommend.

The staff are very kind and hospitable, they make you feel very welcomed and they go the extra mile to provide required assistance and help. I would like to thank Ms. Rosy as she had set the example for a true customer service. Also, the whole place is very clean and smell- free. The kitchen is fully equiped with all what you need.

On arrival we were a bit confussed as to where the car park was, I phoned the appartments and the girl who answered couldn't of been more helpfull. The staff were very friendly and chatty, the appartment was spotless, there was everything we needed. The location was great, right by shudehill bus station, right by the arndale centre, even though it was in a busy location, as soon as you shut the window or door, it was very quiet. We would definatly stay there again. =)

great location.had everything required for our stay.would recommend it to anyone.had a wonderful weekend.can not wait to come again. bath difficult to get out off.too deep.i broke my leg a couple of years ago and still have problems and confidence issues.no bath mat to stand on when getting out of the shower.scared of slipping.everything else fantastic.you could do with a sign at the end off the appartments pointing to car park.i drove round twice before phoneing for directions.sat nav just took me to hotel front.missed the narrow back street.

As we had booked for a concert at the Manchester Arena and it was 10 mins walk away it was fantastic not only for this but it was 500 mtrs from the Arndale Centre so shopping was another bonus! On site parking was another plus which was in secure underground car park. As we travel to Manchester quite often for events in the city we will be staying here again and again in the future due its great location and facilities

The apartment absolutely stank of cigarette smoke even though we specifically requested a non smoking room. It made me and my daughter sick even though we had the windows open most of the time to try and get rid of the smell. When we complained we were told they couldn't stop people smoking in the room when asked not to!!!!! The apartment had obviously been a smoking one previously and had never been cleaned. This totally spoiled our stay in what would have been a lovely apartment. Do not recomend these apartments for non smokers or children!!

When we arrived, there was poo floating in the toilet in our room. There was no washing up liquid or tea towel. The settee wasn't very comfy. Otherwise it was very good.
