The staff were very helpful. Very convenient for the train station and buses.

The sound setting on the TV was far too low and made many programmes inaudible. The entrance was rather congested.

Views from our room fantastic, quiet and comfortable. Bar good too. A good place to come home to after a heavy day shopping and going to a gig!

Just a little far from city centre - 20 mins walk

Rooms were clean and breakfast was good.

One of our rooms was not ready for check-in at 2pm. We had to wait in a bar across from the hotel as the hotel bar was shut. We waited until 3pm but had to leave as we were going to a concert which started at 4pm. We therefore had to go through check-in procedure at 12.30am! We were not the only ones as the queue was very long with many people being told the same and wandering around the outside of the building. I believe this situation can only be put down to poor organisation and bad managment. Duvets were also too thin and we were cold - we tried to adjust the heating to no avail but didnt contact reception as by 3am we were too tired to complain after having had to mess about checking in!

I liked the fact that the bed was enormous and a good choice of pillows was provided

The room had a weird smell... couldn't exactly tell whether it was the carpet or the bathroom that was smelly. We couldn't open a window! But I felt as if the room wasn't clean enough.. There is a gentlemen's club exactly opposite to the hotel.

The beds are good and the room had plenty of space.

Our 'double' bed and duvet were really 2 singles put together. Very busy.

WiFi did not work, no support available. Terribly understaffed, the poor girl at reception was run off her feet, no one available to help. All this with the Commonwealth Games starting in a few days.

Central for everything we needed in Glasgow. Very welcoming staff. Spotless room and good view. Plenty of info available on things we needed.

Rude people at breakfast. Guests, that is, not staff.

A very goog facility with great meal opportunity.

Premier Inn suffers from no location to drop off or pick up clients. Perhaps one spot on the adjoining street could be negotiated with council.

It is clean, family room size is ok, and location is near to the train station and near to the main road where you find restaurants and Tesco

Breakfast is the same every day and no much variety
