Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms with all you need for a perfect nights sleep. Right next to charing cross station so you can reach everything fast. Close to the exhibition centre. The hotel is just next to a very busy road so the immediate surrounds aren't exactly lovely and you get a bit of noise from the road.

Clean room with coffee and tea. Very tall building, gets a nice view if you are high up. Train station right as you walk outside of the hotel for a quick trip downtown. No fridge. Internet did not work in the room, but it did in the restaurant area. Staff worked hard to get it fixed, but in the end I just went to the restaurant each time I needed it.

The staff, in particular Leah, was very helpful, friendly, courteous and patient. She helped us resolve some problems we had with our bank. We enjoyed the breakfast and the view from the room was breathtaking. It was convenient to restaurants, shopping and the theatre. the location was a little difficult to find as we approached from the central station in Glasgow. Once we were used to the area moving around was a breeze.

Nice building, very good views over the city - good basic, budget room at a great price, and excellent breakfast, particularly for the kids. We needed help with various things, and the staff on each occasion were friendly, obliging, and knowledgeable. The bathroom could have been slightly cleaner, it wasn't appalling, just a bit worn.

huge bed....wonderful! lovely sheets, duvet, pillows. We had a corner room so the bed was at a slant with lots of windows, wonderful view. great breakfast too. Bathroom a little tight, with the loo behind the door - so if you were sitting on it and someone came in you could get your toes flattened! but it's a nitpicking criticism. Just cough when you're on the loo!

As my girlfriend and I were through to see a show at the Kings Theatre the location was perfect. The staff at reception were extremely friendly and helpful. Whilst in the hotel bar after the show, we were sitting having a quiet drink. Well, trying to as there were a few groups of roudy men around us also. And a member of staff (cleaner I think) decides to approach me and my girlfriend and asked us to leave as it was for guests only. This annoyed me greatly.
