The room was clean amd tidy and considering the location was very quiet The staff at reception told us it was a 5 minute walk to the secc. This not the case we ended up on some very busy moterway then in a dodgy housing estate. It is a convenient location for secc if you have a car wouldnt recommend it if you are walking there |

The location was great for my needs. Smokers on the front steps! This does not look very classy! |

Staff were friendly and attentative Room looked as if it had been quickly cleaned with duvet cover thrown on to bed and little else done. Shower gel was empty so couldn't shower properly. Also I was not informed of breakfast time so came down at 9:45 to discover kitchen closed at 9:30! |

We had a one night stop here as we aere attending a concert at th eSECC. It has a very central and convenient location for shops, restaurants, SECC, theatre and Glasgow city centre. The room was spacious and comfortable and good value for money Had a slight problem with the rooms on arrival and instead of 2 family rooms both rooms were set up as doubles, the staff rectified this as quickly as possible and gave me a generous refund as an apology |

Excellent price. Convenience for the city centre and shopping. Very good location for the purpose of my visit. Windows didn't open - I prefer a cool room with fresh air while sleeping. There was well-functioning AC (slightly noisy but efficient), but the real thing is better! Door at top of access ramp at entrance to hotel was locked, which was inconvenient for me with heavy luggage but could have been much worse for someone with a disability (the door was not visible from the reception desk - I may be mistaken) |

I loved the exceptional offer I got the stay for (£29\day for 3 nights). It fit my needs perfectly. Location was excellent, transport from the airport even by bus only required less than 5 mins walk. It was in the heart of the city which had easy links for daily shopping and eatery places when I didn't want to eat in the hotel every day. Links outside of the city were also very convenient being central. All the staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The room had a nice view of the mountain range and the city, and was very clean. I would love to go again for that package very soon, possibly this winter! It would be nice if the room had a fridge to store some food. However, in the interests to keep cost down I think that is a minor oversight which is not essential. |

The staff were very nice, room was clean and comfortable, reasonable distance from main atractions in the city, close to a train station. We had the smallest room at that floor but it was still enough for two people without a great deal of luggage. The water in the shower was only warm, so it was impossible to have a hot shower. The tv sound was capped to 30%, which is quite low for some channels. They did not have proper toiletries in the bathroom (only foamy soap and shampoo-shower gel (2 in 1) ). However, good value for money. |
